| This study applies the System dynamics theory to explore the operation mechanism and management system of CUBA’s second-level League basketball team,the main research contents and results are as follows:This paper first carries on the qualitative analysis through the questionnaire survey method,the Delphi method and so on,and then carries on the Quantitative analysis with the mathematical statistics method.Through on-the-spot inspection team peacetime situation,exchanges with the coach,and obtains the the Fujian University of Technology Basketball Team ’s related data.Using the analysis of reliability and validity in SPSS,this paper explores the indexes of the Fujian University of Technology University Basketball Team Operation System,and uses the average method to determine the weight of each index.Through the analysis of the Weight Coefficient of the index system,the paper determines the indexes of the operation system of the CUBA League basketball team,including 3 first-class indexes and 13 second-class indexes.First-level indicators include indicators of internal factors,external factors and development factors,the internal factors of the second-level indicators include the number of new students enrolled,the number of those participating in training,the number of those remaining on the team in the later period,the number of players on the field,the overall level of the team and the coaching level of the coaches,etc.,external factors include school funding,community sponsorship,team funding and participation in off-campus Basketball Games,etc..Development factors include the number of players who have completed their studies normally and the level of recognition of their achievements,number of team members successfully employed,etc..On the basis of Vensim model of the operation system of CUBA Second-level League basketball team,taking the statistical data of f university basketball team from2015 to 2019 as the reference,and combining with the operation of a series of mathematical formulas,the graph shows the change curve of the relevant indicators from2015 to 2019.In the regulation analysis,change the constant of eachange rate in the model and compare the change of output under different input initial value.Combined with the actual situation,carry on the correction,the simulation result achieves the anticipated effect well. |
