Sports is an indispensable part of human activities.It has the social functions of exercising will,increasing vitality,promoting the quality of the population,and improving people's socialization ability.The development of physical exercise for the handicapped is an important part of it and a symbol of social progress.This article takes the disabled person of Xiayang Yingpu Community in Qingpu District of Shanghai as the research subject and analyzes the current situation of the development of physical exercise for the disabled in this region.Through literature and data methods,questionnaires,and on-site visits,we have in-depth understanding of the current situation of physical exercise for disabled people in the region,and elaborated and analyzed the existing problems in the current stage.It also systematically analyzes the various factors that affect the disabled people's participation in physical exercise activities in the study area,and draws certain conclusions from the social environment,the management of related departments,the disabled themselves,and the economic and cultural aspects.The opinions and suggestions.1.There is some misunderstanding about the participation and enthusiasm of disabled people in the area for physical exercise.The frequency of disabled people participating in physical exercise is generally low.Through the analysis of differences,we can understand the difference in gender,age,income and education level.Differently,they also show significant differences.2.Social factors affecting the participation of persons with disabilities in physical training in the region: mainly reflected in the imperfect public services for the disabled,lack of facilities and guidance for the disabled to participate in physical exercise,and lack of correct guidance and publicity for the participants to participate in physical exercise;Lack of access to formal education.These factors directly affect the enthusiasm of disabled people to participate in physical exercise.3.Self-influence factors affecting disabled people in physical exercise in the region: As thedisabled are not willing to go out to participate in related physical exercise due to their own inconvenient actions,many of the assistive tools for the disabled are also very expensive,and most families cannot afford it.Aid tools are difficult to go out,and staying in the home for a long time can also affect your physical and mental health.
