Nowadays, more and more people take part in physical exercise.People pay more and more attention to the use of sports methods, and how to exercise more healthily and efficiently has become the common goal of the public. The consideration of exercise style, exercise intensity and exercise time is becoming an issue of concern.Although medium intensity continuous training has been developing continuously, high intensity interval training has gradually become a trend because of saving time and interest.Subjective load intensity, with the form of psychological expression, reflects the physiological changes during exercise. As a way of evaluating exercise intensity,it has been widely used in sports training and exercise physiological experiments. However, few scholars have systematically studied the variation of individual subjective load intensity with time during exercise.Female college students are an important part of the fitness group. At present, female college students in China are one of the young mainstream groups, and the total number of female college students accounts for more than one third of the total number of college students. It is particularly important to improve the physical and psychological quality of female college students. Therefore, combining the movement form of the trend with the subjective load intensity which has the characteristics of psycho physiological evaluation, this paper studies how to promote the female college students to form the habit of regular exercise, and then to enhance their physical and mental quality. The purpose of this experiment is to explore the trend of the change of subjective load intensity with time and the difference between them in high intensity intermittent training and medium intensity continuous training. There is no difference in subjective load intensity between girls with different exercise levels under the same exercise intensity. Many studies have shown that exercise has a certain effect on the change of mood state,so this paper also wants to explore whether different exercise methods can affect the mood and whether the effect is the same.In this study,55 female college students were selected to carry out the experiment design. Each participant participated in two experiments, one was a high-intensity intermittent training experiment, the other was a moderate intensity continuous training experiment. In the experiment, the subjective load intensity and heart rate were recorded according to time, and the simple mood state scale was completed before and after the experiment. The experimental results show that the subjective load intensity in the two types of exercise shows an upward trend with the passage of time, and the subjective load intensity inthe high-intensity intermittent training is faster than that in the moderate intensity continuous training. The final value of subjective load strength is higher than that of medium intensity continuous training.By comparing the scores of the simple mood state scale before and after the experiment,we can see that there are significant differences between the two groups in terms of "tension","fatigue","energy","self-esteem" and "total emotional disorder" before and after moderate intensity continuous training. Before and after high-intensity interval training,"tension," "fatigue," "depression," "energy," There were significant differences in panic,self-esteem and overall emotional disturbance. The comparison of each sub scale of the simple mood state scale after two experiments was carried out.The results showed that there were significant differences in "fatigue","energy","panic" and "the degree of total emotional disturbance" between the two groups(p < 0.05).In conclusion:(1)in the middle intensity continuous training, the subjective load intensity shows an upward trend with time. For the female students of general sports level,it rises rapidly in the initial and final stages, and slowly in the middle stage.(2)The subjective load intensity fluctuates with time during the period of high intensity intermittent training, and the intensity of subjective load increases during high intensity exercise and intermission period. But the subjective load intensity of intermission period is lower than that of high intensity exercise in the same period.(3)The effect of exercise level on subjective load intensity is significant, compared with those with high intensity interval training, compared with those with high intensity interval training, the average exercise level of female students was significantly higher than that of individuals with better level of exercise..(4)Compared with high intensity interval training, female students with general level of exercise preferred to choose moderate intensity continuous training for exercise, the subjects with good exercise level were more willing to carry out high-intensity intermittent training.(5)High-intensity intermittent training and moderate intensity continuous training could significantly affect the state of mind. The level of self-esteem,depression and emotional disorder was significantly higher than that of individuals after MICT,while energy was significantly lower than that after MICT.
