As an important part of the high knowledge population in our country,the physical health problems of the graduate students in Colleges and universities have attracted much attention from the society.In recent years,the high intensity interval training(HIIT)as a popular way of fitness,its impact on the health of the attention of scholars at home and abroad,with the continuous training of moderate intensity(MICT)compared with two kinds of training methods under the same training time for health promotion action of a direct dispute by many researchers.Therefore,this study compares the two training modes of HIIT and MICT,aiming at finding suitable exercise programs for postgraduate health fitness development,and promoting healthy physical fitness development in an all-round way.This study gets the theoretical basis through literature research,analyzes the differences by mathematical statistics,using the experimental method,45 graduate students were randomly divided into HIIT group and MICT group,the experimental intervention for a period of 8 weeks,HIIT group and MICT group before and after experiment related indexes were measured,the experimental data were obtained.Through data analysis,comparative study of changes of before and after the experiment of postgraduate cardiovascular and muscular fitness,fitness flexibility and body composition,compared to 8 weeks HIIT and MICT on the graduate students health fitness promotion effect,comparative study for postgraduate physical fitness development the exercise mode,provide a new way for the graduate student self training,provide the basis for the curriculum construction.The results of the experiment were as follows:(1)In terms of cardiovascular fitness,after 8 weeks of intervention,two groups of 12min running and vital capacity increased significantly,and HIIT group had a higher degree of 12min running than MICT group.(2)In terms of muscle fitness,after 8 weeks of intervention,two groups of hand grip strength,1min sit ups and push ups were significantly improved,and HIIT group had a higher degree of 1 min sit ups and push ups than MICT group.(3)Flexibility and fitness,8 weeks of dry prognosis,two groups of flexibility and fitness have a very significant improvement,but there is no significant difference between the two interventions.(4)Body composition,after 8 weeks of intervention,HIIT group BMI and body weight were significantly reduced,but WHR did not change significantly;MICT group WHR,BMI and weight were significantly reduced,HIIT group than MICT group BMI decreased more.(5)In terms of feedback,after two weeks of intervention,two groups of subjects had good feedback on content setting,intensity and load setting and popularization,and recommended popularization and curriculum.Conclusion and Suggestion:(1)In terms of health related physical fitness,HIIT and MICT can significantly increase 12min running,vital capacity,sitting forward flexion and handgrip strength for 8 weeks.MICT at 8 weeks can significantly reduce WHR.But HIIT has a better effect in improving the 1 min sit ups,the push up ability and the reduction of BMI.The exercisers should choose the exercise program suitable for their own needs according to their own needs.(2)On the aspect of program feedback,subjects had good feedback on content setting,intensity and load setting and popularization,and recommended popularization and curriculum.In the future,they could be introduced into physical education as part of curriculum.
