| Research Purpose: At present,teachers adopt more traditional password teaching methods in physical education practice class,which is difficult to stimulate students’ enthusiasm in class,and students are prone to burnout psychology.In order to adapt to the development trend of international physical education and the trend of learning interest of the new generation of young people,teachers should keep pace with the times,take students as the main body,innovate the teaching methods of physical education practice course,and improve the effectiveness and characteristics of physical education class.HIIT(high intensity intermittent training with musical rhythm has been popular in sports in recent years,and has been sought after by many young students.There are few HIIT applied to school physical education practice.In order to innovate teaching methods and improve teaching quality,this paper applies the HIIT with dynamic music rhythm to baseball practice class in order to improve the teaching effect of baseball practice class.Research methods:Eight students in the baseball special class of 2018 sports training major of Guangzhou Institute of physical Education were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The height,weight,age and training years of the two groups were tested or registered before the experiment.According to baseball,phosphate is the main energy supply characteristics,The duration of exercise~HIIT the experimental group was 10 s(reaching 98% of the maximum heart rate~100%),30 s,break Maximum heart rate =220-age,The music rhythm prompts the sound process 6 consecutive rounds is 1 group,Intergroup intervals of 4 minutes,There were 4 groups.The control group used the traditional password,One action lasts 20,A 20-s interval,A group of six rounds,Intergroup intervals of 4 minutes,There were 4 groups.The experiment consists of three stages,Basic stage(week 1-2):use bare-handed exercises;(b)Improvement phase(weeks 3-5):1 kg Ring sandbag loading;sprint stage(week 6-8):2 kg ring sandbag load;For eight weeks,Three times a week.Data processing using statistical software SPSS,A paired sample T test,An independent sample T test,Final values of test indicators are expressed as mean ±standard deviation,P> 0.05 indicates no significant difference,P< 0.05 indicates a significant difference,P< 0.01 indicates a very significant difference.Research results:(1)HIIT can effectively improve the physical form of baseball students,in which weight,BMI、waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio has improved significantly.(2)The HIIT has a positive effect on the enhancement of large muscle mass abdominal,back,hip,leg and chest burst power,indicating that the phosphate energy supply ability has been improved.(3)The HIIT has a positive effect on the improvement of baseball’s specific physical fitness,especially in the first run,home run,6×60 percent back run,and the ability to throw away has also improved.(4)During the three stages of the experiment,the RPE of the experimental group was relatively stable,while the RPE of the control group was gradually improved,approaching or even surpassing the experimental group.(5)The HIIT with musical rhythm is in line with the hobby trend of contemporary young students,can agree with the teaching method of this baseball practice class,obviously arouse students’ interest in learning,and enhance students’ desire to explore baseball knowledge.To a certain extent,improve the teaching quality of baseball practice class.Research conclusion:HIIT application in baseball practice course is generally better than the traditional physical education teaching method,which has feasibility,necessity and practical value.It provides a new idea for the reform and innovation of physical education teaching method,and can be popularized and applied in the teaching reform of physical education practice course and continuously improved and improved. |
