Research On The Cultivation Of Humanistic Spirit Of College Students

At the present stage,the humanistic spirit of college students in our country is generally positive,but we still need to realize soberly that due to the continuous progress of economic globalization,social changes,examination-oriented education and some utilitarian ideas,some college students have appeared the phenomenon of lack of humanistic spirit,mainly manifested in the following aspects: For lack of belief,loss of direction in life,moral collapse,poor mental state and so on.To cultivate the humanistic spirit of college students is of great significance to realize the all-round development of College students,to promote the continuous progress of modern education and to realize the rapid development of human society.Strengthening the cultivation of College Students' humanistic spirit is an unshirkable responsibility of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.The cultivation of College Students' humanistic spirit is conducive to improving their comprehensive quality and promoting their all-round development,realizing the moral education function of colleges and universities in the new era,building a harmonious society and meeting the needs of social development.The main points of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the connotation and theoretical basis of the cultivation of College Students' humanistic spirit.This part analyses the concepts of College Students' humanistic spirit and cultivation of College Students' humanistic spirit,and the relationship between humanistic spirit and related concepts: humanistic spirit and humanistic quality,humanistic spirit and cultural quality,humanistic spirit and scientific spirit,humanistic spirit and humanism,humanistic spirit cultivation and ideological and political education.This paper expounds the significance of cultivating humanistic spirit,the realistic needs of economic development and cultural construction,the development and reform of higher education,and the comprehensive and harmonious development of College students.This paper analyses the theoretical basis and ideological reference of the cultivation of humanistic spirit from three aspects,namely,the humanistic thought of Marxism,the humanistic spirit of Chinese traditional culture and the humanistic spirit of Western culture.Secondly,the current situation and causes of the cultivation of College Students' humanistic spirit are analyzed.First of all,from the mainstream point of view,the humanistic spirit of contemporary college students is healthy and upward,which is generally good,but at the same time,we should also be clear-headed to realize that the humanistic spirit of contemporary college students still has some unsatisfactory aspects.Among them,the most important aspect is the existing problems in the cultivation of College Students' humanistic spirit,which are manifested in the following aspects: insufficient emphasis on Humanistic Education in Colleges and universities,lack of practicality and innovation in cultivation methods,and lack of hierarchy and integrity in cultivation methods.Therefore,it is a very important practical task to explore the way to promote the cultivation of College Students' humanistic spirit.Thirdly,the principles and content construction of the cultivation of College Students' humanistic spirit.This paper puts forward and analyses the principles of Cultivating College Students' humanistic spirit,including the realistic principle,the scientific and rational principle,and the student-oriented principle.The cultivation of College Students' humanistic spirit can be summarized in four aspects: humanistic knowledge education,moral education,value orientation education,and education of the concept of rule of law.This paper puts forward the goal system of Cultivating College Students' humanistic spirit,and enriches and develops the content of cultivating humanistic spirit from many aspects.Fourthly,the research on the way to promote the cultivation of College Students' humanistic spirit.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the cultivation of College Students' humanistic spirit,this paper puts forward some constructive solutions.These countermeasures include strengthening organizational leadership,emphasizing the development and utilization of curriculum resources of humanistic spirit,Infiltrating Humanistic Spirit into Ideological and political theory,increasing the content of humanistic spirit in professional courses and improving teachers' humanistic quality.At the same time,this paper improves the talent training mode and humanistic environment in Colleges and universities,creates a good family humanistic environment,and plays the main role of College students.In a word,the ultimate purpose of this topic is to study the way to promote the cultivation of College Students' humanistic spirit.The theoretical basis of College Students' humanistic spirit is explored theoretically.Based on the analysis of the current situation and causes of College Students' humanistic spirit,especially the problems existing in the cultivation of College Students' humanistic spirit,the humanistic spirit of college students is put forward.The way to promote spiritual cultivation.This will play a guiding role in cultivating the humanistic spirit of College students.
