Study On Kinematics Analysis Of The Step Back Jump Shooting

In today’s basketball match, with the intense of the game level and the defense playersstrength their defensive ability, it makes the offenders shooting space compress gradually, inorder to adapt this change, the offensive players begin to finish their shooting during theygetting far away from the defensive players that is the step back shooting. The successful useof this new shooting skill in today’s basketball match has an important effect on improvingthe anti-interference ability when the offensive player is shooting.This research chose10players and selects their four kinds of shooting style as theresearch object, and the characteristic analysis was made to the step back shooting skill by themethod of three-dimensional video system. In order to make the study more conveniently,firstly, we make the time phase division to the process of the whole movement of the fourshooting skills, and divides into6stages: front brake stage, stomp and recession stage,supporting stage, jump stage, flight stage, buffer stage. Based on the shooting movement isfinished in the last phase, so we only have an analysis to the first five stages. It shows that:(1)front brake stage: with the same beginning style but different step direction shooting skillhave an difference on the swing leg, and with the same step direction but different startposition’s shooting skill swing leg is same; and during this stage the swing limb and thebuffering limb infect the body move forward;(2) stomp and recession stage: because of thetechnique formal action have difference, thus make the angle and the back velocity differentduring the limb flexion;(3)supporting stage: the order of the limb getting on the ground isalways at the different time, and the limb which getting on the ground earlier have an bigbuffer degree than the later one;(4)jump stage: in this stage, the movement of the body link isstart from the upper limbs, and then it’s the flexion of the torso, the extend of the lower limbmoves last;(5)flight stage: during this stage, the elbow joint have the biggest flexible degree,and different kinds of shooting technique have accomplished before the body lift the highesttop.It can provide reference theory for the training of the athlete according to the research,and also can provide basis theory for the development of the step back shooting skill, due tothe uncertainty of this shooting style during the match, it’s impossible to research everyaspect of this matter, only from the point of view to fill the development theory of themovement.
