Research purposes:Nowadays,as the international communication is becoming more and more close,there are many excellent Chinese coaches teaching diving teams abroad,so the quality of the foreign diving training has been improved.In addition,the foreign athletes'physical quality is originally good,the Chinese team in the diving project,no matter from quality,degree of difficulty or action,has no obvious advantage.The women's 10m platform gold medal was lost in the 2017 world championships,which was mentioned again because of the loss of the title in the15 years of the world championships.In the warm-ups before 2008 Beijing Olympics,Chinese diving team lost gold medal of 10 meters in the third time.The main crux lies in the 207C group of actions.In the 13~thh national games,the CCTV commentator claimed that 207C is the assurance of success in women's diving platform,which showed the importance of this action.In the increasingly fierce international competition,it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the women's platform diving with the concept of“thinking of danger in times of safety”.Meanwhile,the research aims to provide reference for national and Shaanxi provincial diving team in theory.It also hopes to give some help for the stability of women's 10m platform,and contributes some effort for Chinese leading status of diving in the world.Research Methods:It intends to study the 207C kinematics index in every stage by employing literature consultation,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics methods,as well as the high-speed camera,three dimensional analytic software APAS.Jiao Jingjing,Zhang Xiaotong,the athlete in Shaanxi provincial diving team,is qualified to enter the final competition;Ren Qian,the athlete in Sichuan provincial diving team,won the bronze medal inthe tournament.These three athletes qualified for entering the 13th national games are chosen as research subjects.Based on the comparison and contrast of the data of their actions,it aims to diagnose their technical defects.Research results:First,in the jump-off action of 1.207C,Ren Qian,Zhang Xiaotong and Jiao Jingjing were crouching to the lowest point of the center of gravity,and the displacement of the body's center of gravity was 5.22cm,10.13cm,and 5.20cm,respectively,along the X-axis.Compared with Zhang Xiaotong's displacement in the X-axis,it is nearly twice as large as Ren Xi and Jiao Jingjing.At this time,Zhang Xiaotong's knee Angle was 8.6 degrees,the Angle of the hip joint was less than4.1 degrees,and the Angle difference of shoulder joint was the largest,27.7 degrees.Second,Ren Qian takes 0.249 s from jump-off,squatting,to the lowest point of center of gravity,to taking off the board in the distance of displacement in the Y-axis,close to the perfect time of 0.24 s researched bypredecessors,and the height of the center of gravity leaps after jump-ff up to 46.5 cm.Third,in the instance of jumping off,the Angle between Zhang Xiaotong's body and the platform is 65.1 degrees,and the Angle for Ren Qian is 3.6 degrees.The center of gravity of Zhang Xiaotong's body in the X-axis is at a rate of 84.8 cm/s,Ren Qian-51.2 cm/s,Jiao Jing jing-60.5 cm/s,which is far greater than Ren Qian,Jiao Jingjing.It results in the height of 36.1cm,which is less 10.4 cm than Ren Qian's 46.5 cm.Fourth,in the instance of taking off the board to hugging her knees,Ren Qian takes 0.25seconds.At this stage,her center of gravity in the Y-axis displaces to 40.2 cm,and to 0.03 seconds after she curls up;at this time,the center of gravity reaches the highest point in the process of turning over.At the moment,the placement is more than 6.3 cm when she hugging her knees.Zhang Xiaotong takes 0.225 seconds in the instance of taking off the board to the highest point of her center of gravity,the displacement in the Y-axis is 36.1 cm.Then after 0.005 s,the center gravity in the Y-axis is lower to 0.3 cm.Ren Qian's best condition in the group is:her hip angle was5.5 degrees,which is 18.4 degrees greater than zhang xiaotong's,and 14.2 degrees greater than Jiao Jingjing's.At the same time,Ren Qian's knee angle is17degrees greater than Zhang Xiaotong's,and 19.7 degrees greater than Jiao Jingjing's.Fifth,in the instance of hugging her knees to stretching into the water,Ren Qian takes 2.075s when her displacement of the center of gravity in the X-axis is 38.4 cm,and 609.3 cm in the Y-axis.In this stage,Jiao Jingjing takes 0.992 s when her displacement of the center of gravity in the X-axis is 62.6 cm,and 509.4 cm in the Y-axis.Therefore,Ren Qian moves less than 23.7 cm in the X-axis,and more than 509.4 cm in the Y-axis compared with Jiao Jingjing.Sixth.The angle of entering water for Ren Qian conclusion:1.During the take-off movement,the body squatts to the center of gravity at the lowest point instantaneously,and Zhang Xiaotong's body center of gravity along the X-axis moves greater,and the stability of the take-off movement is not good,and the squat is deep and the arms swinging is insufficient,which affects the height of gravity after take-off.Jiao Jingjing's take-off movement has good stability,but it is not the best take-off action.The squatting is shallow,and the angles of the joints are slightly larger when take-off squatting to the lowest point of the center of gravity.2.At the moment of taking off the board,the angle between Zhang Xiaotong‘s body and the platform is small.Her body is thrown back,and body's center of gravity is too fast on the X-axis,resulting in a low height after taking off.3.Ren Qan's body center of gravity continues to increase as she jumps off the board along the Y-axis after knee-bending;Zhang Xiaotong rushes to hold the knee after jumping off the board.When the center of gravity begins to descend along the Y-axis she hugs the knees.At the same time when the center of gravity of the Y-axis reaches the highest point,Jiao Jingjing holds the knees.4.Jiao Jingjing's knee-bending hold tightly in the three-and-a-half turn,the moment of inertia is small,the rotation is fast,the displacement in the Y-axis is short,and the opening is early,but the body control ability is poor.When in the instance of hugging her knees to stretching into the water,the center of gravity in the X-axis moves much greater,which results in“turn over”into the water,and the water bloom.In the three-and-a-half-turn,Ren Qan does not hug her knees tightly,the moment of inertia is large,the center of gravity moves too long on the Y-axis,and the space required is insufficient,resulting in a large angle of entering water and splashing.Zhang Xiaotong completed the three-and-a-half turn,her center of gravity in the Y-axis lies between Jiao Jingjing and Ren Qian.Her angle of entering water is small,and her displacement in the X-axis is less,which shows that Zhang Xiaotong does it in right time,and her body control ability is strong,and the action of entering water is stable.
