Application Of Technical Actions Of Excellent Male Freestyle Wrestlers Study Of Laws

Wrestling is a very old sport in our country,is a confrontational sport in which two people compete in direct contact with their bare hands,which not only requires athletes to have better strength and physical foundation,but also the use of techniques and tactics in the competition is particularly important.In the free wrestling competition,the technical analysis of wrestlers in the arena is still very important,through the technical and tactical use of statistical analysis,so that athletes understand their technical shortcomings,and then in training targeted promotion,improve athletic performance.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the main scoring technical characteristics by statistics on the technical application of 75 kg of outstanding athletes in men's wrestling at the 13 th National Games of 2017,and to further explore some of the main changes in the technical application of wrestling,especially the technical application of Chinese men's wrestlers.At the same time,this paper attempts to understand in all aspects of china's men's wrestlers' technical action in the competition to achieve the competitive ability and level of competition,according to the evaluation method of the results and put forward the corresponding technical countermeasures,so as to provide a number of theoretical basis for future training or competition,and has a purpose,Targeted for male wrestlers to provide scientific training means,and ultimately in the competition to fight the length of the enemy.This paper uses literature,logic analysis,expert interviews and mathematical statistics to analyze the technical situation of 75 KG athletes in the preliminaries for the men's freestyle wrestling in 2017.It is found that the characteristics and laws of their respective techniques and the different characteristics and laws of technical application between athletes at all levels are found.Subsequently,this paper points out from the technical level that the proposal of men's freestyle wrestling in China at this stage provides a valuable reference for improving the future level of men's freestyle wrestling in China.From the theoretical level,this paper can enrich the relevant theory of men's freestyle wrestling technique to a certain extent by consulting and organizing the relevant literature.From the perspective of reality,on the basis of previous research,relying on practical analysis,this study applies the theory of men's freestyle wrestling technique in the practice of athlete training,explores feasible practical activities,and provides useful reference for the better development of men's freestyle wrestling technical action,so as to better serve the training of men's wrestlers.The conclusion of the study is that the athletes in Zhejiang Province have weak observation ability in the competition,show the characteristics of using offensive techniques and maintaining a longer distance with their opponents in the freestyle wrestling confrontation,the technical ability to convert in the stalemate isinsufficient,and can not be changed from the original technology to other technologies in the stalemate,so the effect of using the technology in the stalemate is not good.In the domestic high-level freestyle wrestling competition has appeared in the standing stage of the use of kneeling technology trend,and Zhejiang province athletes do not reflect this change.
