Research On The Survival State Of Tianjin National Youth Sports Clubs

The Youth Sports Club is a private non-enterprise type of social organization that is promoted by the State General Administration of Sports,which uses the State Sports Lottery to provide sports services to young people throughout the country.The main purpose of the club is to enrich the extracurricular and amateur life of young people,to cultivate their sports interests,hobbies and lifelong physical exercise habits,to impart sports skills,to discover and train athletic talents and to enhance their physical health.At present,the youth sports club in our country has taken shape in quantity,which has formed a certain social influence,but it is still in the primary stage of development.By 2016,145 National youth sports clubs had been established in Tianjin.This paper tries to make a research and discussion on the development status,predicament,constraints,development thinking and countermeasures of the National youth sports club in Tianjin city by means of literature,interview,case study and mathematical statistics,and makes a more objective analysis on the change of the number,distribution,type of support unit,type of existence and status of existence.The study found that:(1)The number of national youth sports clubs in Tianjin is in the middle level in 32 provinces and cities,and has been developing steadily.Regional distribution is mainly in the six districts of the city;The supporting units are mainly schools,and the supporting associations and community clubs are few.The development of projects based on comprehensive clubs;There is great potential for future development.(2)Among the types of survival of Tianjin National Youth Sports Club,some clubs have already withdrawn from cancellation,some clubs have already existed in name only,and some clubs are developing normally;From the overall point of view,Tianjin National Youth Sports Club survival status is general.The main problem is the orientation of policy and the efficiency of the withdrawal of the cancellation clubs.The club in name and in fact is in a more awkward situation,and there is a certain affiliation with the relying unit.The normal development of club survival and development is uneven.The main problem is that the understanding of sports clubs is insufficient,and half of the clubs do not charge club fees.Relying on various types of school clubs is less viable.The main problem is the lack of openness of the venue and the lack of clarity on fees.There is a duplication of business between the activities of the Itoid Sports Club and professional activities.Relying on the development of stadium clubs is better.There are fewer profit clubs.In terms of trends,the club will gradually embark on the demise of tighter policies.The policy is relaxed and the club will be reactivated.(3)The main reasons influencing the living state of national youth sports club in Tianjin are the imperfect external environment,unclear policy and regulation,lack of communication between departments and lack of unified management incentive mechanism.Internal governance capacity needs to be improved,club location is not clear,and rely on the division of responsibilities,fee standards,strong dependence,the ability to open to the outside;Poor performance levels,lack of professional talent and incentives,resulting in insufficient income generation and lack of core competitiveness.Through research,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)We shall rationally standardize the layout and support ratio of youth clubs and enrich the types of support units.(2)We shall specify and standardize the laws and regulations of the club,ensure the implementation of policies,form inter-departmental exchanges and establish a common policy.(3)Supporting and guiding clubs of different categories to improve their overall living conditions.
