Research On The Construction Of The Evaluation Index System Scale Of Middle School Football In Tianjin

It has been eight years since the launch of Tianjin campus football activity in 2009,and there are still some problems on campus football,such as playing the game.At present,individual provinces and cities have their own football evaluation index system.Tianjin since the campus football activities,however,has not been a corresponding evaluation index system,this article through the establishment of a scientific and effective,suitable for Tianjin middle school campus football pilot evaluation index system of the school.Through this scale,the problem of football on campus is found,and it can be improved to provide guarantee for the football activities in Tianjin middle school and promote its sustainable development.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,logical analysis,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.The full use of school physical education evaluation theory and method of management,through two rounds of experts,led by questionnaire,to determine the scale indicators,then determine the weight of each index,and build scale and determine the validity,through the commissioning,test the reliability,finally form the table.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The establishment of the Tianjin middle school football evaluation index system can accurately evaluate the school football in Tianjin.2.The evaluation index system of Tianjin middle school football pilot school includes campus activities,activity guarantee,off-campus competition,football culture and five evaluation indexes of the faculty team.Among them,campus activities are the main part of Tianjin middle school football activities.3.The second-level evaluation index of Tianjin middle school football pilot school is composed of 25 second-level evaluation indexes such as school-based curriculum,football teaching plan and school football activity hours(weekly).4.The main problems of Tianjin middle school campus football is:first,does not establish a systematic campus football teaching plan,not enough emphasis on football characteristic of school-based curriculum development and construction,number of football activities on campus,time,and organizational aspects of the standard is not in place.Secondly,the incentive and incentive policies for campus football instructors and coaches are not perfect,and their enthusiasm and initiative are not enough.
