Research On The Evaluation System Of Campus Football Characteristic Schools

In December 2014,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Selection of National Youth Football Schools and Pilot Counties(Districts)".It was decided to select a group of "National Youth Campus Football Schools" throughout the country and in 2015.The "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Youth Campus Football" issued in the book puts forward the work requirements for campus football.In 2020,20,000 unique schools will be established,reaching 50,000 in 2025.Henan Province actively responded to the call of the state,vigorously carried out campus football activities,and achieved remarkable results.By 2018,Henan Province had built 1739 campus football special schools.With the increase in the number of schools featuring campus football,the quality of featured schools has received much attention.In order to continuously improve the quality of campus football featured schools,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Review of National Youth Football Campus Schools" and decided to organize the review of the National Youth Campus Football School.After reviewing the quality of the construction of 13381 campus football special schools,the National School Foot Office decided to cancel the qualifications of the national youth campus football special schools of 8 schools and ordered 29 deadlines for rectification.It can be seen that the quality of the construction of campus football special schools is particularly important.In March 2017,the Henan Provincial Department of Education issued the "Notice on the Special Inspection of School Football Characteristic Schools",and organized experts to conduct special inspections on the work of campus football special schools.Due to the wide range of evaluation indicators,the self-evaluation effect of the school is general,and it is difficult to fully reflect the overall situation of the campus soccer characteristic schools in Henan Province.In order to promote the healthy development of campus football activities in Henan Province and strengthen the management of campus football special schools,it is necessary to carry out an effective evaluation of the campus football characteristic schools.However,at present,the evaluation system and standards of the campus soccer characteristic schools are not perfect enough to achieve the ideal.effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct a grade evaluation system for campus soccer schools in Henan Province.On the basis of reading a large number of documents and documents issued by relevant national departments,this paper uses the literature method,Delphi method,and mathematical statistics method to construct a school football grade school evaluation system,and empirically evaluates the evaluation system.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The theoretical basis for constructing the grade evaluation system of campus soccer characteristics in Henan Province is the system management theory,and the theoretical model is the theoretical model of “condition-result”.(2)The construction of the grade evaluation system for campus soccer characteristics in Henan Province should follow the guiding principle,scientific principle,comprehensive principle and operability principle.(3)This study constructs a grade evaluation system for campus soccer characteristics in Henan Province.The evaluation index system has three levels,including four levels of indicators: “resource system” “management system” “propulsion system” and “effect system”.There are 15 secondary indicators such as “teacher team” and 55 third-level indicators such as “the school has at least one football special teacher”.The rank sum ranking method is used to determine the weight of all indicators.(4)Through the research,the grade evaluation scale of the campus soccer characteristic schools in Henan Province was formulated.It is recommended that the school with a total score of 90 points or more be called the campus football characteristic demonstration school;the school with a total score of 75 to 90 points is called the campus football characteristic.Qualified schools;schools with a total score of 60 to 75 are called general schools for campus football;schools with a total score of 60 or less need to be ordered to rectify.(5)After evaluation of the six featured schools,the feasibility of the research results has been verified and can be promoted and used in the province.Based on the above conclusions and make corresponding recommendations:(1)The Henan Provincial School Foot Office can use the Henan Provincial Campus Football Characteristic School Rating Scale when conducting assessments,assessments and quality inspections of Henan Provincial Campus Football Schools.(2)During the construction of the campus soccer characteristic schools in Henan Province,it is necessary to implement the requirements of various indicators one by one and improve their own development.Better to contribute to the campus football industry in China.(3)According to their own circumstances,cities and towns may select the indicators with higher weights in the grade evaluation scale of campus soccer characteristics of Henan Province to manage and improve the construction of characteristic schools.
