With the development of education modernization and the need of talents training in society,pre-school education has drawn more and more attention.In recent years,the research on teacher's leadership and professional well-being has become a hot spot in the field of education at home and abroad.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between teacher leadership and professional well-being in kindergarten management.On this basis,further explore the optimization of teacher resources and the strategy of building a humanistic campus under the background of education reform.In this study,200 kindergarten teachers in different types of kindergartens in Nankai District of Tianjin were selected as research subjects.The data were analyzed by means of questionnaire survey,mean and percentage comparison and correlation analysis.The research draws the following conclusions:1.Kindergarten teachers' leadership level is generally at medium level.The four-dimensional scores from high to low are:influence>communication>charisma>decisiveness.2.Kindergarten teachers'leadership level and its dimensions are obvious at different ages,positions and the nature of the garden The difference.3.The survey found that Nankai district kindergarten teachers in the level of occupational well-being generally at a moderate level,and the overall score and score of each dimension in age,education,work environment there are significant differences.4.There is a significant positive correlation between kindergarten teacher's leadership and professional well-being.5.The influential dimension of leadership has an effective predictive value on professional well-being,but the relationship between kindergarten teacher's leadership and professional well-being will be affected by practical work influences.
