Development of organizational behavior theory in education today, teachers, school leadership and educational activities for the tremendous performance has been more and more researchers are concerned. Experts believe that pre-kindergarten teachers, the study of leadership is to promote the nursery is not only an important factor in organizational change management, enhance teachers’ professional development is an important part.This study aimed to summarize the previous question about leadership, teacher leadership on the basis of studies around the kindergarten teachers to study the issue of leadership, leadership launched a kindergarten teacher questionnaire preparation, structural model of the study, and its status and influence factors are analyzed and attribution, while exploring the development of leadership to put forward development proposals. This study attempts to strengthen the awareness of kindergarten teachers knowledge and understanding of leadership, for kindergarten, teachers change their ideas and provide some ideas. More hope that through this research can be targeted to improve the leadership of kindergarten teachers, kindergarten teachers to promote the professional level and ultimately to enhance the quality of preschool and kindergarten teachers and teaching professional position to provide valuable reference. The main conclusions of this study include the following:1. Kindergarten teacher leadership is a force composed of four structural models, including:charisma, influence, determination and communication ability.2kindergarten teacher leadership questionnaire reliability and validity of a good, consistent psychometric requirement of a scientific and standardized measurement tools for kindergarten teacher leadership.3kindergarten teachers of leadership there are some demographic differences, in addition to communication and power, other leadership factors, the existence of water on average age, seniority, qualifications and titles differ.4. Affect the leadership of the kindergarten teachers there are four categories of internal and external factors, namely, personal factors, principal support, the garden of the culture and relationship between colleagues. Among them, the most important personal factors.5. Kindergarten teacher leadership development team can learn from the self-transcendence and two dimensions.There are two aspects of this research breakthrough. One innovation is the first kindergarten teachers conducted a study of leadership. Study the idea of broadening the two areas. The first organization to promote the nursery management reform:changes in the leadership or the nursery manager is the principal of the exclusive ability, thus allowing the managers and teachers recognize that each person has great leadership potential, this potential to play a lead kindergarten management changes within the organization; followed by broadening the meaning of professionalism of kindergarten teachers, kindergarten teachers that professional leadership is an important factor. The second innovation is the formation of creative results. First, according to some research results have been, carried on the leadership structure of kindergarten teachers to explore research. Kindergarten teachers through the leadership of the composition of the study found four factors model of teacher leadership. Second, the four-factor model of leadership developed on the basis of the kindergarten teacher leadership questionnaire. Third, the impact of kindergarten teachers for the factors of leadership, leadership for the development of kindergarten teachers to make recommendations.
