Investigation And Countermeasure Research On The Present Situation Of Township Basketball In Hepu County

In the past 30 years,China's economy has been developing continuously,and China's urban and rural economies have made unprecedented progress.villages and towns have built a well-to-do society and a harmonious society in an all-round way.with the development of economy,basketball facilities have been continuously constructed and renovated,creating a better environment and conditions for the development of basketball in villages and towns.The focus of national fitness in the new era is to develop rural sports,which is also the premise for villages and towns to run for a well-to-do society in an all-round way.The new rural construction in our country is to build a good countryside and is also the key to a well-to-do society.the " proposal of the central Committee of the communist party of China on the 11 th five-year plan for national economic and social development" put forward by the fifth plenary session of the 16 th CPC central Committee sets forth the goals and guidelines for the economic development of all parts of the country in the next five years and solemnly puts forward the task of building a new socialist countryside.Through scientific methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,interviews and logical analysis,this paper makes a systematic and detailed study of the current situation of the development of basketball in villages and towns in Hepu county and draws a conclusion.Hepu county township basketball has been carried out in the local area for a long time.it is also an important way to strengthen communication and promote neighborhood relations,which is of great significance to the construction of society.The development of basketball activities is mainly concentrated on the traditional festivals of ethnic minorities and the spring festival.the development of basketball activities in villages and towns in Hepu county has achieved good social effects.However,there are some problems:(1)the competition organization is not rigorous and standardized;(2)the randomness is large;(3)government management system;(4)the basketball match lacks sufficient organization funds;(5)lack and imperfection of basketball field.Thus,severalcountermeasures are given:(1)government departments attach importance to it,(1)increase the equal treatment of township sports and city community sports.(2)attach importance to training reserve talents and maintain residents' enthusiasm for sports;(3)increase investment and construction in basketball field;(4)the government should attach importance to the cultivation and excavation of basketball talents resources in villages and towns;(5)to broaden and expand the access to basketball funding and increase the stability of funding preparation.To promote the development of basketball in Hepu township,to cultivate more basketball talents,to create an environment atmosphere for developing basketball,to improve the physical quality of township residents,and to provide a strong basis for better promoting the development of basketball in Hepu county and township.
