A Practical Research Of Social Workers And Volunteers Participating In The Construction Of Healthy Villages And Towns

With the arrival of the new era,the reform of health villages and towns has been raised to the strategic height of the construction of healthy villages and towns.It is driven not only by national and government forces,but by establishing a pluralistic,multi-level healthy service system,building on the basis of perfect social support system and needing more social forces to participate in the construction of healthy villages and towns.Social workers(hereinafter referred to as "social workers")and volunteers are important social forces at present,and social worker volunteer linkage is also the mainstream of modern times.It has the advantage of mature theory,practice research and linkage complementarity.From the perspective of social work,this paper is guided by social support theory.Through the literature research method,the author interprets the policy connotation of "healthy villages construction" and analyzes the linkage model of social worker volunteers,and links and integrates the resources of all parties.Using the interview survey method to conduct the preliminary health demand survey,and designing two medical volunteer practice activities by the project form.With the advantage and strength of social worker volunteers,exploring tentative participation in the construction of healthy villages and towns by social workers manage volunteers and volunteers support social workers.Through the study of the process and results of the implementation of the project practice,it compares and analyzes the common problems existing in the construction of healthy villages and towns by social worker volunteers,and summarizes experience and thinking in practical activities.Through the introduction of voluntary services,the management of family doctors' contract services and the promotion of healthy education,will help to ensure the health of residents,promote health care reform and enhance social governance,and contribute to promoting healthy China and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
