With the advent of the mobile internet era,information technology has become a new trend in learning.The country’s efforts to promote information technology have increased in intensity,and the application of digital learning resources has received increasing attention.Some scholars have pointed out that there are many problems in the process of resource application: tedious,with a large proportion of documentary materials,and inaccurate updating...As time goes by,do the above problems still exist? College students are the main force of using digital learning resources.In order to avoid the accumulation of "resource garbage" and fully realize the effective value of digital resources,it is particularly important to investigate the status quo of digital learning resources in colleges and universities in a timely manner.This study mainly conducted questionnaire surveys and interviews with teachers and students in Wuhu City to gain a deep understanding of the current status of digital learning resources.Research includes:Firstly,based on the theory of wall cave,the theory of connectionism and the theory of system science,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current research status through the analysis of related literature.Combined with expert guidance,we design the dimensions and indicators of questionnaire survey,and put forward relevant assumptions.Secondly,the application of SPSS,TAGUL and other related software to analyze the data from the results of the survey and interview,and to verify the previous hypothesis.Finally,according to the survey,questionnaire and interviews with open questions of learner to improve the application of digital learning resources expectations,specific suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving quality,teacher training,interactive answer question;A incentive mechanism,ease of use and recognition of user differences.The following conclusions are drawn through the study: 1.The concept of overall digital resource application consciousness has aiready formed;2.The basics of the overall resource application capability have been established;3.The resource platform has been applied in school;4.The quality of resources needs to be improved;5.The situation of teacher training is not optimistic;6.The acquisition and application of resources needs to be optimized;7.The situation of the network is still to be improved;8.Different gender students have different understanding of resource acquisition convenience.9.There are differences in the use of resources by teachers and students of different types of schools;10.There are differences in the use of resources by students in different sections of the school;11.There are differences in the use of resources by different professional teachers;12.Different types of schools encourage the use of digital learning resources in different human environments.On this basis,specific suggestions for improving the effectiveness of resource application are proposed in the future.It plays a positive role in realizing the greatest value of digital learning resources,reducing waste of resources,and truly improving students’ learning and cultivating “people” that conforms to the characteristics of the times.
