With network technology, computer technology and multimedia technology popularizing and applying in education, digital learning resources are also getting into everyone's perspective and have been welcomed and accepted by many people. Digital learning resources are one of the main elements of digital learning. It is a critical factor to carry on this learning style. It is also the important task to achieve the education information. At present, our government has put a lot of money and equipment into achieve the education information. The development of education information has achieved a breakthrough, and digital infrastructure is also universal, but it is anxious that if the appropriate resource is utilized in reason or not. Therefore, it became one of the concern issues to many educators that how the digital learning resources were used.In research, firstly, on the basis of literature, I have sort out the related concepts, characteristics, types, application factors and the application theory base of digital learning resources. Secondly, applications of digital learning resources is surveyed by the way of questionnaires and interviews at middle school of Xian LianHu District. I analyzed the existing advantages and shortcomings, and then proposed corresponding solutions and implementation of the recommendations. I hope that these solutions have a practical help to the application of digital learning resources in secondary schools.This paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter I, introduction. This part discusses the research background, research purpose, research significance and research methods of the paper.Chapter II, the summary of the digital learning resources. I have sort out the related concepts, characteristics, types, and have analyzed application factors of digital learning resources. Then I organized the current development of digital learning resources at home and abroad.Chapter III, the theoretical support to application of digital learning resources. This part introduces three theories related to the application of digital learning resources:System theory, integration theory and theory of sustainable development, and also analyzed the directive function of three theories on digital learning resources in the actual teaching.Chapter IV, the survey and analysis to application of digital learning resources. In order to understand and master the application status of digital learning resources in the secondary school clearly, obtain a real and effective situation and avoid subjective factors, the author analyzed the questionnaire for teachers and students of the application of digital learning resources in this section. Some advantages were identified and problems and shortcomings were also revealed during the application process of digital learning resources for teachers and students. Then I analyzed these problems and found out the corresponding reasons.Chapter V, the applied strategy of digital learning resources. According to problems and the reasons above, I proposed five specific strategies about application of digital learning resources in secondary schools:in order to f provide high-quality, rich and useful resources or teachers and students, we must expand the source of digital learning resources actively; we should develop the work of teacher training to increase the applied level of resources for teachers; we should enhance the effective research of resource application to improve utilization of resource; we should enhance the sharing of resource to ease shortage of resources; we should improve applied effectiveness understanding of digital learning resources for teacher to promote effective use of resources.Chapter VI, conclusion. The contents and conclusions of the study were summarized in this part. At last, I proposed innovation and shortage of this research, and the study direction in the future.
