The minority areas in Hainan province are a relatively backward area of education with poor students foundation,complicated learning situation and poor teaching effect.The above situation is particularly prominent in the ideological and political science.To teach students in accordance with their aptitude and improve the effectiveness of political lesson in minority areas in Hainan province.The author carried out a questionnaire and interview survey with more than one thousand students and fifteen political lesson teachers from nine junior high school in eight minority areas in Hainan province.The contents of the survey include situation of students learning political lessons and degree of teachers attention to students' learning in the course of political teaching.The results show that there are many problems in learning political lesson of junior school students in minority areas in Hainan province: low learning interest,poor learning attitude,low concentration,low efficiency in learning method,low class participation and low learning gains.The reasons for these problems are: Firstly,students lack the understanding of political curriculum,lack of initiative in the process of learning,innovative awareness,bad learning habits and the influence of network.Secondly,there are serious phenomenon of left-behind families,and parents' educational modes have defected and parents' cultural level is low.Thirdly,teachers' have little knowledge about learning,lack of preparation before class,lack of flexible teaching methods,and weak awareness of teachers' self-improvement.Finally,the allocation of educational resources is unreasonable,bad social atmosphere,examination system and so on.The solutions: to solve the problems which existed in learning political lesson of junior high school students in minority areas in Hainan province,the author makes a thorough study based on the reasons above four levels.The author puts forward some suggestions from 4 aspects.First is students' own aspect,such as interpreting courses,developing students' consciousness of initiative innovation,creating a good classenvironment and making full use of network resources.Second is family aspect,which includes changing the concept of educating children,strengthening communication and striving to improve their own cultural accomplishment.Third is teachers' aspect,such as preparing lessons carefully,using teaching methods flexibly and improving self abilities.The last aspect is about society,which includes rationing allocation of education resources,improving the social atmosphere and improving examination system.This study provides some help to the political teachers in the minority areas of Hainan province to understand the students' reality,and teachers must help students accordance with their aptitudes to improve the classroom teaching effect of the political class.
