Writing,an activity lasting all life time,is an emphasis in Chinese teaching.it has been attracting much attention from different people such as the scholar,teachers and parents.Therefore,the research on writing teaching in junior high school is significant for the enhancement of current curriculum reforming.Based on the constructivism theory and,Zone of Proximal Development theory raised by Vygotsky,the scaffolding theory asserts that the teachers or their eminent colleagues should set scaffolds to the students,which means that the teachers,with a certain degree,should help the students to extend their self-study and then,they are able to deal with tougher cases independently.The theory proposes that the students are the majority of the lecture while the teachers should respond to take a lead on them.With the ongoing development of curriculum reforming,teachers gradually recognize that the students should play a main character in the class and teaching should meet their demands.In accordance with the principles of the New Curriculum,the scaffolding theory,which boasts a strong operability,was applied to the teaching by more and more teachers.Its application is an innovation of writing teaching,which makes up for the deficiency that the students used to be overlooked in the class.Having browsed abundant literature reviews and dissertations,the author made a research on the theory and tried to apply it in the teaching practice.In this article,the author would like to explore the application of scaffolding theory in junior high school writing teaching.From the logical angle,the article mainly discusses about:In the part of Introduction,the author introduces an outline of the article involving the reasons,aim,main content and methods of the research.Also,the author sorts out the previous outputs of relevant research and based on what she has found,she makes an analysis on the current situation and problems of the application of scaffolding theory in junior high school.In the first part,the author demonstrates how the theory can be a guideline to the writing teaching.It can effect on the setting of goal and regulations of writing teaching and the textbook compiling(the writing teaching part)of Chinese teaching in junior high,as well as the classroom teaching.Also,the author offers an introduction of scaffolding theory in this part from the three perspectives that includes its theoretical basis,main content and itscategories and procedures.In the second part,the author discusses the practice of the theory in the junior high writing teaching.Furthermore,the author uses some cases to make an explanation on the application of the theory in junior high writing teaching from the following five aspects such as scaffold setting,situation design,independent exploring,collaborative learning and evaluation.In the third part,the author analyzes a couple of excellent cases that successively applied the scaffolding theory to the Chinese lecture in junior high,which proves that the theory is applicable to the Chinese teaching in junior high.Finally,the author makes a summary in the conclusion part.Based on the current situation of students and Zone of Proximal Development theory raised,the scaffolding theory erects a dynamic scaffolding structure and encourages the students make researches by joint-efforts,which benefits the enhancement of writing teaching and,even the Chinese teaching in junior high school.
