With the promotion of Education Informatization.The emergence and development of Micro-lecture,which promoting the integration of subject teaching.As a teaching resource,Micro-lecture help teachers solving teaching difficulties.We need to study how to play the role of Micro-lecture teaching resources which could strengthen the effect of school-based mode and solve the practical problems of education and teaching.The study based on the theories of adult learning theory,the learning community theory and the situation cognition theory,to study the school based training model based on the Microlecture teaching resources.The study integrated use of questionnaire method,case study method and literature method,the school-based training mode to delve into.Through consulting the literature at home and abroad,the study analyzes the current situation of school-based training mode.The introduction of Micro-lecture has enlightening significance for the effective construction of school-based training mode.The application of Micro-lecture teaching resources as an improvement way of school-based training mode,which is a newly and innovative learning style.Therefore,we will study the combination of Micro-lecture teaching resources and school-based training mode deeply.On the basis of the existing domestic and foreign scholars' research and the actual needs of the school,the main contents of the study will be studied from the following three parts:(1)Put forward the components of school-based training mode based on Micro-lecture teaching resources.By the design of school-based training mode based on Micro-lecture teaching resources,the four stage integration training mode is put forward.(2)The study analyzes the demand and cognition status of the teachers' Micro-lecture in the Haikou Jinpan Experimental School,and carries out the analysis of the data.The practice of school based training mode based on Micro-lecture teaching resources is verified in school.Analyze whether the four stage integration training mode can solve teachers' teaching problems in the implementation process.(3)Analyze the statistical data.The study analyzes the effect of four-stage integration training mode in school-based training.The results show that: The important premise of school-based study is to strengthen trainees' awareness of participating in the school-based training,so that trainees can participate in the training initiatively.When selecting training contents,we should select targeted contents that can enhance trainees' initiatively.In the training process,a variety of training methods can enhance the flexibility of school-based training mode.Group cooperation and interactive discussion can activate the training atmosphere.The interaction between trainers and trainees promote the construction of knowledge,which is the key point to enhance the effect of training.During the process of training,the young team trainees can promote the communication and interaction of the training,and their passions can enhance the training effects.With the support of new ideas,Micro-lecture can enhance the enthusiasm of trainees to participate in training and promote the combination of theory and practice.In the process of training,the effectiveness of the training will be achieved through the evaluation of the trainees and the trainers.
