The Research Of Micro-lecture Based On "Learning Before Teaching, Classroom Training" Teaching Mode

Era of rapid development, has brought thinking of the collision for people, and also produced a revolutionary call for education. Micro elements create a micro era, while the change of teaching also needs micro elements. Although the teaching mode--learning before teaching, classroom training, has the teaching effectiveness, it also lacks the information technology resources,which will slow down the change of teaching in a long time, and be bad for the development of education informatization. Therefore,Micro-lecture, with its snappy features adapted to the community’s rapid needs for knowledge and develop students’innovative thinking, etc. It can combine technical resources with the teaching mode in order to create a new teaching form, which will bring life and fresh ideas to primary school English classroom based on the learning before teaching mode.Through combing the literature at home and abroad, this study summarizes and induces the Micro-lecture concept and characteristics. By combining the basic characteristics of the teaching mode, it puts forward the concept of micro-lecture of this study; Through the investigation and analysis of the actual problems in No 4 Hui Primary school in Jing feng area of Yin Chuan,this study does preliminary analysis for the feasibility of micro-lecture design. To integrate three links of learning teaching and training to design principles and templates, and apply to the practical teaching. By case application effect of feedback, providing valuable solutions for the school English course teaching.which encountered some bottlenecks in the process of carrying the teaching mode. As a result, the teaching mode become more flexible, and make new ideas combine with local actual teaching situation so that it can explore suitable local teaching new pattern. Thus confirming that the micro-lecture has a broad application prospect in the field of education.
