Based on the investigation and research of the swimming training market in Wenzhou urban area,this paper aims to reveal the characteristics of swimming training market in Wenzhou and supply the theory of sports training market.The practical significance is to further standardize the environment of Wenzhou swimming training market and improve service quality.This paper uses literature,interview,questionnaire,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to investigate the swimming training market in Wenzhou urban area.The following research results are obtained.First,the main structure of the youth swimming training market in Wenzhou urban area.The number of swimming pools in Wenzhou is extremely uneven and the nature of the venues is diverse.The operation time is mainly concentrated in summer,and there are few venues run all year round.The internal factors that affect the development of training institutions include facilities,marketing and publicity methods,geographical location,external factors,season,market competition and word of mouth.Swimming training managers are too old and have a low educational background.They are quite experienced in swimming training management.Swimming teachers are mainly male,and new teachers are mainly in swimming teacher's team,most of which are undergraduate.Most of the swimming instructors are part time jobs and are satisfied with their salary.Most of the teachers are junior grades,and there are no undocumented personnel.The main object of the swimming training is the students in the compulsory education stage.Most of the students' family income is above the middle level.The main motive of the participants in the swimming training is to enhance their physical fitness and improve their health.Second,the object structure of the teenager swimming training market in Wenzhou urban area.The number of courses for swimming training for young people in Wenzhou is mostly in 15-16 classes.The teaching contents are generally in the order of familiarity with water,first breaststroke,breaststroke,freestyle and backstroke.Most of the training courses are discontinuous.The price of swimming training courses is mostly 1000-1500 yuan,and most of the consumers are generally satisfied with the price of swimming training.Swimming training products promotion means,the most used promotion way is advertising,the second is the use of Internet means,consumers know the way of training institutions,the introduction of others is the main way for consumers to understand the training institutions.Third,the quality of youth swimming training service in Wenzhou urban area.There are five dimensions in the evaluation of the quality of training service for young swimmers in Wenzhou City,which are tangible dimension,reliability dimension,responsiveness dimension,guarantee dimension and empathy dimension.Among them,consumers are most satisfied with the dimensions of service quality,while the reliability dimension is the most unsatisfactory.Specifically,in the physical dimension,"swimming training equipment" did the best,and the "coach's dress" was the worst;the reliability dimension "swimmers can cash their promises on time" is the worst,so it shows that swimming teachers can not fulfill their commitments on time.
