The Survival Status And Development Path Of Student Associations In Local Colleges And Universities

The difference between local colleges and universities directly subordinate to central ministries and commissions is that their main tasks.The local colleges are to serve local development and closely related to local economic,cultural,and personnel training.At present,the number of local colleges and universities has far surpassed the universities directly under the central ministries and commissions,which are main forces for the higher education of our country.Student organizations are self-made student groups with common aspirations,hobbies,and professional expertise.They are important positions for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Studying the construction of student organizations in local colleges and universities is of great significance to the work of ideological and political education in local colleges and universities.It also important to the development of college students' qualities,the construction of campus culture and local development in local colleges and universities.We start from several aspects such as history and reality,theory and practice,macroscopic and microscopic aspects.It uses literature analysis,questionnaires,case interviews and many other research methods to select local universities and colleges in Wenzhou as survey samples and carry out comprehensive research activities.Summarizing the practicalproblems existing in the development of the “general community” in the universities and analyzing the five major causes,and summarizing the three common characteristics of the “excellent society” that has developed better.Constructing the "Dragon Boat Model" of college student organizations and interpreting the relationship among the League Committee,Associations of Societies and Student Societies.Through various studies combined with many factors that promote and control the development of the community.The third chapter provides a new path that is consistent with the development of student organizations in local colleges and universities.It mainly puts forward three requirements for strengthening the macro management of college students' societies;it makes detailed regulations on the management of the association itself and the construction of the system;and it proposes methods for the strengthening of student associations and social cooperation,and combining with the development of local characteristics and innovative societies.It provides a clear direction for local colleges and universities to develop student societies and good societies.It is hoped that through the above studies,the specific reasons of good or bad for the development of students' associations in local colleges and universities will be clear,and sustainable development paths can be provided for the development of more slowly or declining communities and help the healthy and lively development of student societies in local colleges and universities so as to continuously training excellent and comprehensive talents for building socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.
