Research On Motivation System Of Professional Athletes In H Province Sports Bureau

As we carry forward the sports industury along with the 13 th Five-Year Program,the whole nation aim at being a sports power.The General Administration of Sports attaches great importance to guarantee measures of professional athletes.Sports Bureaus of provincial level start to take management mode into consideration.In the past,professional athletes had lower income,less bonus and lower satisfaction of retirement.In recent years,bonus and allowances system have been adjusted,resettlement of retired athletes has been improved,and new athletic systems have been published.However,problems of human resource management of professional athletes still exist,such as unfair incentive systems,obsolete management models,unobjective regulations,and so forth.These human resource problems are widespread.Professional athletes are the core of sports management,thus related problems should be actived addressed.Literature review,questionnaires and statistical analysis have been adopted in this dissertation for comprehensive research.First of all,the writer reviewed related management papers and materials to get better knowledge and further insight of incentive theory.Such research provides references for problems of concern.Second,the writer conducted a questionnaire of athletes incentive system of H province,and used statistical software and analyse the calculation results.The key part of this paper is the present situation analysis of athletes incentive system of H province.The writer analyses the existing problems based on the current situation,explores improving methods,and provides effective optimization for setting reasonable and long-lasting plans.Based on the present situation analysis of athletes incentive system of H province,the writer found plans to solve ineffective incentives,outflow of sports talents,and shortage of reserve for outstanding talent.These plans will help H province to form an incentive system of higher level to guarantee the development of sports industury.Meanwhile,this will have a reference function for sports bureaus of other provinces.
