A Study On The Reemployment Of Professional Athletes Under The Nation-sponsored Sports System

The level of modern competitive sports can reflect the level of comprehensive national strength,as the product of the planned economy period,the existence and extension of the "Nation-sponsored Sports System" promote the rapid development of competitive sports in China.Since the founding of the PRC,especially since the reform and opening up,professional athletes for the country won numerous honors for China's economic construction and social progress has made an indelible contribution.However,with the planned economic system to the market economy system changes,"the whole country system" shortcomings are gradually emerging,resulting in the retired professional athletes after the reemployment problem.To solve the problem of reemployment after retiring for professional athletes,it is not only related to the reserve and training of sports reserve talents and the long-term construction of sports teams,but also about the sustainable development of our athletic level and the sustainable development of sports.At present,the problems faced by professional athletes in China are mainly due to the lack of social concern,employment difficulties,injury-ridden,no culture and age.This paper analyzes the present situation of the special groups by investigating and analyzes the causes of this phenomenon,and analyzes the reasons why the system of "Nation-sponsored Sports System" is really suitable for the development of sports undertakings in China and under the " Nation-sponsored Sports System " China's laws and regulations formulated by the relevant laws and regulations are perfect,and finally as a basis for how to solve the professional athletes retired after the re-employment of the proposed rationalization of the proposal.
