Research On The Influencing Factors Of Quality Statistics Of JD City Government

As China's economy shifts from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,statistical data has received increasing attention from all sectors of the society.At the same time,the impact on public policies and public governance is also increasing.The importance of statistical work is increasingly significant.However,the public's satisfaction with the quality of statistical data is not high,and many citizens and netizens jokingly claim that income is “increased” or that prices are “decreased”.The statistical data is very different from the public's intuitive perception,and the Chinese government statistics always been blamed on the problem of statistics moisture and distortion,which has led to a reduction in the credibility of the government's statistical society.Recognizing these problems,the quality of statistical data has been placed by the Chinese statistical department in recent years as a strategic development enterprise.Therefore,it is of practical value and academic value to conduct research on the factors affecting the quality of statistical data.This article takes the statistical quality of JD City as the research object,focusing on the research of non-technical factors.First of all,based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,contact the specific reality of JD City,and summarize the main factors affecting data quality.Then,the questionnaires were used to conduct surveys to obtain data.A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed,and 377 valid questionnaires were actually collected.Finally,the questionnaire data obtained by SPSS24.0 was processed by factor analysis,reliability validity test and regression analysis,and the factors influencing data quality were finally determined.The conclusion of this paper is that there are statistical work environment,statistical assessment system,standardization of statistical work,quality of statisticians,and statistical data management that affect the accuracy of statistical data in JD cities;there are statistical working environments and statisticians that affect the timeliness of statistical data.Quality,statistical assessment system,statistical investigation system,and statistical data management;statistical statistics,statistical data management,statistical assessment system,and statistician quality are among the factors affecting the applicability of statistical data.Finally,it proposes targeted countermeasures such as deepening the reform of the statistical system,strengthening basic infrastructure for statistics,improving the statistical investigation system,establishing a scientific data quality control system,and creating a good statistical external environment.
