Research On The Quality Optimization Of Local Government Statistical Data In Q-province

Statistics is an important basic work for economic and social development,an important basis for the government’s macro-control,and an information cornerstone for the government to determine development ideas,formulate economic policies and implement macro-control.The quality of statistical data is related to the decision-making and has a great impact on economic and social development.At present,China’s social and economic development is changing with each passing day,the national governance system and governance capacity are constantly improving,and the new era puts forward new requirements for the statistical department.The statistical department must constantly optimize the data quality,carry out in-depth statistical analysis and prediction,find out the development characteristics,reflect the structural changes,clarify the operation trend,and provide more real and accurate information for the government,social organizations and the public.timely and complete statistical data.Based on the new public management theory and total quality management theory,this paper mainly uses the literature analysis and comparative research method to sort out the research literature of domestic and foreign academic circles and relevant experts and scholars in the industry,and expounds the main survey items,data production process and use methods of Q provincial government statistics.On the basis of previous studies,this paper expounds the government of Q province The existing problems of government statistics and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Through the research,it is considered that there are some problems in Q provincial government statistics,such as the authenticity of statistical data needs to be improved,the applicability of data is generally not high,and the frequency of illegal cases in statistics.Besides the sampling error,registration error and other technical factors,the main reasons for the quality problems are that the government statistical system is not perfect,the law enforcement of illegal statistics is not strict,and the information level is not high.On this basis,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the statistical systems of the United Nations and other international organizations and major developed countries,and makes a reference.In general,to improve the quality of local government statistical data,we must carry out quality control over the whole process of government statistical work.First,we must reform the statistical system of local government,strengthen the statistical grass-roots forces and improve statistical services.Second,we must build a scientific and efficient statistical investigation system and quality evaluation methods,and strengthen the application of modern information technology and big data.Third,we must improve the relevant statistical methods Laws and regulations,and strengthen statistical law enforcement;fourth,reform the local government assessment system,build a scientific non only "GDP" supreme assessment index system,at the same time,according to the concept of service-oriented government,strengthen the development of statistical products and statistical analysis research to meet social needs,increase the interpretation of statistical data,and constantly improve the credibility of government statistics.
