In the background of big data and cloud computing,Rapid development of information technology.School education is a relatively independent subsystem of the social system.New changes are taking place in the age of big data.Based on big data and artificial intelligence,data education has expanded the horizons of students’ knowledge,promotion of the university education personalization.and the wisdom of teaching and research,which has become a driving force for a new round of education reform.However,explosive data education also has some alienation features such as privacy leakage,infringement of dignity,excessive entertainment,commercialization,and vulgarization.Then,the data of ethics education work under the background of how to control the resources sharing era education teaching,and explores the ethical education to realize optimization,data is that we need to face the new task at present.Under the current background of big data,the thesis summarizes relevant data theories.Based on a review of the research status at home and abroad,the current status of data ethics education is studied in depth.From the perspective of the inevitability of data ethics education in universities,the concept is extended to the value of data to ethics education in colleges and universities.Under the specific operation of the analysis of inevitability and value,we find out the predicament of the current data ethics education in colleges and universities,and provide new standards for measuring and evaluating data ethics education in universities.On the basis of breaking through the realistic predicament,from the paradigm shift in behavior,the dialectical cognition in thinking,the dialectical integration in subject and object,and the ethical value introductory,the philosophical reflection on data ethics education in colleges and universities is carried out in the four aspects,which provides data ethics education philosophical thinking in the theoretical process,and imparts data ethics education skills and behaviors between the subject and the guest in practice.
