This study will be a typical throughout the country and its outstanding characteristic of secondary vocational schools as the research object,through the observation,questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,dissect the school moral education guided by the idea of education experience of management practice,through the macro level and micro level to summarize results,some problems in mining,and puts forward Suggestions for improvement.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.Firstly,the background of this research is introduced.Secondly,the related literatures are sorted out.Finally,the definition,purpose,significance and overall design of relevant core concepts are introduced.The second part analyzes the origin of "experiential" moral education management in J school from the implementation background and guiding ideology and principles.In the implementation background,the author introduces the inheritance of the spirit of "baisha" in the lu wentai,and analyzes the source and external environment.Its main guiding ideology and principle are people-oriented and focus on experience.The third part is about the practice of "experiential" moral education management in the case school,which is analyzed from the four aspects of management system,organization,curriculum and activity.On the basis of the system of moral education management with support,organization and management of moral education with moral education curriculum management as the core,taking moral education activity management as an extension,four mutual penetration and mutual support each other and jointly formed the complete "experiential" J school science management system of moral education.The fourth part analyzes the effect of"experiential" moral education management in the case school from macro and micro level,and analyzes the existing problems.The fifth part is the researcher's thinking,and proposes corresponding improvement Suggestions for the deficiency and defect of "experiential" moral education management in the case school.Based on the typical secondary vocational school moral education management attention and research,expected to show the actual existence of the same kind of school moral education and management status,for the same type with the same characteristics in the moral education of school management problems arising from the implementation of accurate analysis,and proposes the corresponding improvement measures.On the macro level:the government perfected the system environment of education development;Education department organizes teachers to experience education professional training;University-enterprise cooperation and students experience education to promote moral education.On the micro level:establishment of a scientific and perfect management system of moral education;The moral education management method focuses on the experience and the people-oriented;Build different experience environments;Attach importance to parents' participation and enhance students' experience.Through the interpretation of the practice of "experiential" moral education management in the case,the results are summarized and the expectation can be developed for the balanced development of national education and contribute to the modernization of the country.
