With the development of social market economy, the five-year vocational college developed rapidly in recent years. However, their traditional moral education management pattern cannot meet the needs of today’s talents cultivation. How to innovate the moral education management has become a new subject. At present, few reference literatures and research results could be found. This article strives to put forward concrete moral education management mode according to students’ physiological and psychological characteristics and carry on the practice exploration, taking Zhenjiang Vocational Technical College as the example. Guided by the theory of educational psychology, moral education theory and the relevant provisions of the state, it investigates the status of school moral education management and analyzes the problems. It focuses on how to establish people-oriented mode of two-dimensional moral education team to achieve education all around. This paper probes into the construction methods of two-dimensional moral education mode, the cultivation of students’ professional quality and the teachers’ team construction in order to inspire and help to change management mode of moral education and promote the moral education management. It consists of five parts:" Introduction " mainly describes the origin, basic concepts, basic theory and reviews the existing literature, and the research methods and the innovation of the paper as well.Chapter I gives a general introduction on the current moral education management situation of the five-year vocational college through its target and characteristics and makes a simple analysis of the management problems.Chapter II expounds the main problems on moral education through the main body and performance in five-year vocational college.Chapter III investigates the status of school moral education management at Zhenjiang Vocational Technical College and analyzes the problems according to the results of the survey.Chapter IV demonstrates the reform practice and results on the moral education management at Zhenjiang Vocational Technical College and puts forward the thinking of improving moral education management in the five-year vocational college, based on the previous survey and the relevant target and characteristics of moral education management.
