This paper focuses on topics such as enrollment rate,education equity,completion rate,quality early childhood education,curriculum relevance,etc.,and mainly focuses on the relevant strategic documents,goals,and their implementation and assessment of the integrated development strategy of basic education in Africa at the level of international organizations and the Africa Union research.It specifically addresses the following questions:What are the backgrounds for the integration of basic education in Africa?What are the strategic objectives and plans for the integration of basic education in Africa at the level of the International Organization and Africa Union?What actions have been taken and what has been achieved?what kind of problems exist,and so on.On this basis,this paper puts forward several suggestions for China-Africa basic education cooperation in conjunction with China's current "Africa strategy".This paper takes the strategy of integrated development of basic education in Africa as the research object,and adopts literature research method,case analysis method and content analysis method.The study found that the integration of basic education in Africa is still in a state of dynamic development.The development of Africa's basic education integration has achieved certain results.It has promoted policy dialogues among various regions and countries in Africa,provided and built a platform for communication and exchange among stakeholders in various regions,and promoted the specific practice of basic education quality monitoring and innovation of basic education quality assessment system.However,there are still some problems in the process of integrated development strategy for basic education in Africa:lack of synergy among various stakeholders,lack of policy formulation and execution,and problems in basic,education itself.Based on the above research,combined with China-Africa friendly strategy and the unique advantages of China's basic education,this paper proposes the following suggestions for further strengthening China-Africa education cooperation and stabilizing China-Africa friendship:Formulating a systematic China-Africa basic education cooperation strategy document and conducting scientific research project cooperation in the field of basic education to attract young African students to study in China.Multi-sector joint action on issues related to the relevance of the secondary education curriculum in Sub-Saharan Africa.Actively respond to the measures taken by international organizations and bilateral organizations in the development of Africa's basic education integration process,learn their experience and participate in different levels of projects and joint actions,and ultimately promote the long-term development of friendly relations between China and Africa.Acti'vely respond to the measures taken by international organizations and bilateral organizations in the development of Africa's basic education integration process,learn their experience and participate in different levels of projects and joint actions,and ultimately promote the long-term development of friendly relations between China and Africa.
