welfare is mainly based on the Internet,but with the continuous development of micro public welfare,the micro public welfare activities under the line are also continuously enriched and developed.Micro public welfare with its simple,low barriers to entry,participation and content of various advantages,quickly known by people and participation,and its advocacy of everyone involved,from time to time to participate,the concept also received many littles make a mickle,and got the public recognition.The emergence of micro public welfare makes everyone participate in the public welfare,not only as a participant,but also the initiator and supervisor of the public welfare.The public welfare is not in the high and unreachable,but everyone can participate in the good things,happy things,micro public welfare has gradually become the topic of attention of scholars.College students have become the main group of Internet users.Because of their natural characteristics,they have some natural agreement with the characteristics of micro public welfare.Therefore,micro public welfare has gradually become a new form of college students' willingness to participate in public welfare and fulfill their social responsibilities.In the micro public welfare activities,students can not only better to understand the people who need help,social concern of the society,giving help,their love can drop;in micro public welfare to experience cognitive social responsibility to actively practice social responsibility in practice,to help others,friendly,altruistic into a the moral quality of their own,and gradually enhance the sense of social responsibility.This undoubtedly expands the practical platform of the education of social responsibility consciousness in Colleges and universities,and is more conducive to the improvement of the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.As the importance of social responsibility is becoming more and more important,the social responsibility education of college students has gradually become one of the most important issues in domestic university.Faced with the current weakening of social responsibility consciousness of some college students,how to find a more effective way of practice to enhance college students' sense of social responsibility is a problem worth studying.This paper attempts to take micro public welfare as a breakthrough to explore the strategy of using micro public welfare to enhance college students' sense of socialresponsibility,which not only enriches the practice path of college students' sense of social responsibility education,but also further enhances the effectiveness of ideological and political education.This paper mainly uses a combination of literature research,comparative analysis,interviews,and case studies,from four parts to carry out the study:The first part,on the basis of collecting and collating related materials,the focus is on clarifying the meaning,characteristics,and concepts of micro public welfare,and clarifying related concepts of social responsibility consciousness.The second part,combined with the relevant research results collected and the first-hand information obtained by the author,clarifies the current situation of college students' sense of social responsibility,and focuses on the short board problems in the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility.In the third part,it is emphasized that micro public welfare is an effective practice platform for university to strengthen the cultivation of social responsibility consciousness of college students.First,it is clear that the characteristics of the micro public welfare are closely related to the characteristics of college students' physical and mental development,and it is easy to implement the education of social responsibility consciousness;Secondly,it expounds the practical ways of developing the social responsibility consciousness of college students by the micro public welfare;Finally,the article expounds that the micro public welfare can effectively enhance the social responsibility consciousness of college students.The fourth part,based on the analysis of the previous paper and the advantages of micro public welfare in cultivating college students' sense of social responsibility,combined with interviews and collected case data,focuses on the main path of using micro public welfare to enhance college students' social consciousness from the perspective of universities.That is:actively advocating the concept of micro public welfare to internalize the cognition of social responsibility of college students;We should create a good micro public welfare atmosphere,enhance the emotional experience of college students' sense of social responsibility,and strive to promote frequent public welfare in universities,so as to help students practice their social responsibilities voluntarily.
