Research On The Cultivation Of The Contemporary College Students’ Consciousness Of Public Responsibility

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered the new era,under the steady development of socialist market economy and the rapid advance of the socialist modernization construction,the public sphere of the society is constantly expanding,the communication between citizens in the public sphere is increasingly frequent.The public life has become the new trend of the people’s life,which also puts forward new requirements for citizens’ responsibility behavior in public life.As a new force for the development of our country,the presentation of college students’ public responsibility behavior is not only related to the shaping of their own healthy personality,but also plays a role of demonstration and guidance to other members of the society,and then affects the harmonious development of social order.Therefore,starting from the field of social public life,this paper focuses on college students as the main body,hoping to cultivate college students to become the defender of public interests,the undertaker of public responsibility,the propagandist and the supervisor through the cultivation of college students’ consciousness of public responsibility.This paper is based on the correlation theories that Marx’s theory of the dialectical relationship between social consciousness and social existence,social role,social morality and the rights and responsibilities of socialist rule of law.College students’ consciousness of public responsibility,it is to point to college students based on the rational cognition of their role and the corresponding role responsibility,actively participate in public affairs and actively safeguard public order and public interests in public life,mainly includes the public participation,public order and social morality responsibility consciousness.Cultivating the consciousness of public responsibility of college students is conducive to enriching the content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,comprehensively enhancing the consciousness of social responsibility of college students and their consciousness of participating in public affairs,and further promoting the perfection and development of social civic morality.Through the survey,it is found that on the whole,college students have a positive consciousness of public responsibility.But because the influence of the college education mechanism,the consciousness of teacher responsibility education,social and public environment,family education and the college students themselves,there are still some real phenomenon among some college students that the lack of awareness of public responsibility,public participation has a certain utilitarian psychology and public responsibility consciousness can not really guide the practice,at the same time,there are also problems that cannot be ignored in the contents,classroom teaching and practical teaching of public responsibility education in colleges and universities.In view of the discovered problems and cause analysis,this paper,on the basis of following the law of the formation and cultivation of public responsibility consciousness,gives full play to and improves the main role of public responsibility education in colleges and universities,enhances the positive demonstration influence of college students’ multi-dimensional living environment,innovates the use of diversified practice carriers and strengthens the self-education of college students to explore the effective path of the cultivation of students’ public responsibility consciousness.It is expected to put forward practical cultivation countermeasures through the combination of self-education and external guidance,so as to enhance college students’ cognition of public responsibility,improve their ability to participate in public affairs,encourage them to develop good self-discipline habits to fulfill the public responsibility,and at the same time provide reference for colleges and universities to improve the level of responsibility education.
