Charity is an important symbol of the modern civilization of the society.Tracing back to history,the Chinese nation's charity civilization has a long history and we are proud of it.Charity civilization is an important part of the development of modern social civilization.As a carrier of public welfare,the non-profit organization is a community of volunteers who gather the spirit of public welfare,and is the main bearer of the "third distribution" of social resources.They mainly carry forward the spirit of public welfare and public welfare through public welfare projects.Public welfare project activities continue to enrich the public welfare civilization itself,affecting people from generation to generation to advance toward "truth,goodness and beauty"and promote the development of modern social civilization.At the same time,the university as the main inheritor of modern civilization,since its birth,it has shouldered the social mission.In different historical periods,due to different social needs and social problems,the social responsibilities of universities have different focuses.In the context of the prosperity and development of the global economy,how to cope with the greater social responsibility brought about by the university has become a problem that universities need to ponder.At this time,the school-enterprise cooperative public welfare in our country emerged as an emerging public welfare model,but its own imperfect development and the relative lag of our level of understanding,as well as the profitability of the enterprise and the public welfare of the school.The influence of traits has caused the public to have more controversy and misunderstanding about the cooperation between schools and enterprises in public welfare projects.As a result,the school-enterprise cooperation public welfare has been stagnant,and it is difficult to break through the bottleneck period and achieve a qualitative leap.The thesis focuses on the theme of”School-enterprise cooperation for public welfare".Firstly,it explains the background and significance of the topic selection,research purposes,research ideas and methods,concept definition and literature review in the field of the topic.It defines the concepts of "public welfare","public welfare activities","school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare","school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare project",research on the principle of public welfare at home and abroad,development status,research on the role of public welfare functions and development strategies,and the comparative study of Chinese and foreign public welfare models and the history and other aspects of the literature are sorted out,and the research literature on the cooperation between schools and enterprises in China is summarized.Then two classic cases from abroad are listed and summarized and analyzed.The experience is used in this paper for analysis of group college public welfare case studies.This paper chooses Dayi Group's practice case of cooperation with universities in Yunnan Province to carry out public welfare.Firstly,it traces the historical evolution of Dayi Group's colleges and universities public welfare model.It summarizes the status quo of Dayi Group's colleges and universities public welfare including organization management and cooperation methods.Next,we will conduct an in-depth analysis of Dayi's cooperation with universities in Yunnan Province to analyze the existing problems and their positive impact on students and schools.From the practical level,objectively and in-depth analysis of school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare,answering the educational impact of school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare,the impact on student development,help the community to lift the misunderstanding of school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare,and promote the extensive development of school-enterprise cooperation,at the same time,also analyzes the problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare through the case,and has certain reference and inspiration for the development of the school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare in China.Finally,I think about improving the school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare,and tentatively put forward the concept of perfecting the school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare and the realistic path of improving the school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare.Under the theoretical framework and realistic modality of the school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare,we actively respond to the negative factors that are not conducive to the harmonious development of school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare,give full play to the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare,and build a harmonious symbiosis,virtuous circle and sustainable development.The school-enterprise cooperation public welfare ecosystem gradually eliminates the public misunderstanding of the school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare projects,so that the school-enterprise cooperation for public welfare breaks through the bottleneck period,achieves a qualitative leap,gives full play to its educational efficiency,and shoulders the pressure of social responsibility for the university.At the same time,help the university to better fulfill its social mission.
