With the development of Quality Education,Appreciation Education has become the mainstream of School Education,so that teachers refuse to carry out educational discipline.Finally,the right to educational discipline disappeared.Facing the behavior of disciplinary offence,some primary school teachers retain the right of education punishment to avoid being chased by parents or schools because of excessive implementation of educational discipline,but some primary school teachers abuse the right of education punishment,consequently,they harm the physical and mental health of students.The researcher investigates the problems of the educational discipline in primary school.It aims to explore the current situation of the implementation of education discipline in primary school,strengthen the awareness of the maintenance of the rights of educational discipline,promote the correct cognition of the connotation of education discipline,and discuss how to standardize the implementation of education discipline.Its significance lies in promoting the rational implementation of education discipline,strengthening the consciousness of safeguarding the rights about educational discipline,and optimizing the effect of educational discipline.The study randomly select some teachers,students and parents from the third grade to the sixth grade as subjects.They comes from four primary school in Chongqing.There are three investigation methods of literature,investigation and observation.The survey is carried out around these aspects of educational discipline: the attitude of teachers,students and parents about educational discipline and the purpose,standard,way and effect of teachers' educational discipline,and so on.The survey found that primary school educational discipline mainly has the following problems: teachers,students and parents confuse the concept of educational discipline and corporal punishment,teachers are free to carry out educational discipline,teachers violate students' rights because of excessive educational discipline,the purposes and ways of teachers' educational discipline is unreasonable,students are not clear enough about the reason of educational discipline,some teachers have a lot of concerns,and so on.To solve the above problems,the implementation of teachers' educational discipline should be standardized according to the law.Firstly,the relevant laws and regulations of the state should be perfected: clear "educational discipline" and "corporal punishment" concept,standard of educational discipline implementation procedures.Secondly,the primary schools should provide effective protection: carry out the universal education of relevant laws,unify the standards for the implementation of educational discipline,and strengthen the supervision and management of various provisions.Thirdly,when those primary school teachers implement educational discipline,they should pay attention to these matters: know the common sense of the corresponding laws well;formulate the democratic and scientific rules;strengthen the communication with students and parents to form a joint force;pay attention to the psychological counseling for students;enrich the experience of educational discipline.Finally,parents should raise awareness of educational discipline: establish a correct concept of family education,,and strengthen the learning of relevant legal knowledge.
