As an indispensable part of teaching,homework is the key to teaching feedback and evaluation.It is regarded as an extension of teaching for a long time.At the same time,the feedback of teaching effects is also an effecti've supplement to classroom teaching.Therefore,homework should be carefully arranged.Every student's development needs to be taken into account.It is no longer the traditional unified arrangement of a "one size fits all" model but it should be based on the individual differences of students to design a "layered operation" model for students with different levels of academic qualifications to gain a harvest.According to domestic and foreign studies,although chemical researchers have proposed teaching methods for the concept of "job design",however the research on"dynamic layered job design" is mostly experience summaries,scattered,lack of experimental data support,lack of high-level theoretical support,less empirical research,and less scope for investigation and research.The research on layered assignments is even more extensive and sketchy,and there is no suggestion of feasibility.This study uses literature search,questionnaire survey,case study,interviews and other research methods.In this study,I reviewed the literature to obtain the knowledge needed by the institute and investigated the current situation of the chemical operation of the school in the third grade and interviewed outstanding chemistry teachers in universities and middle schools to summarize the problems existing in the school's chemical operations.Finally,based on the theoretical knowledge of layered job design and my teaching experience,I propose a new type of"dynamic layered job" model.This kind of dynamic layered operation mode needs to follow the design principles,such as explicit and implicit combination,dynamic and static combination,autonomous selectivity,and moderate incentive.Based on the design principles,the students and the difficulty of the homework are stratified and students are free to choose jobs with different levels of difficulty.Finally,stratified corrections and evaluations are performed.This paper designed the general mode of dynamic stratification based on the second lesson of "Reactions between acid and alkali",and carried out the teaching practice of dynamic stratification.The results were processed by SPSS software,and the data showed that the classes that have implemented dynamic layering operations have achieved significant results.Researchers found that this model helps students develop interest,give play to their specialties,and improve their performance.At the same time,they can truly implement the "burden reduction"policy proposed by the new curriculum reform.
