Homework which can’t be ignored is an important part of chemical teaching jobs, it helps students to consolidate knowledge and the students’studies can be fed back to teachers timely. Homework is the main tool for the communication between teachers and students. In the context of the new curriculum reform, in order to provide protection for the overall development of all students, the homework should be reformed as the revolution of the course goal, curriculum and course evaluation. According to the survey, the current high school chemistry homework which is influenced by the traditional education still follows the mode of "unified standards and operating", so the homework ignores the individual differences of students and hinders the development of students. Therefore, in order to solve to the problems in chemistry homework, improve the students’ learning efficiency and promote the overall development of students, the paper launched a study of the design and implementation of high school chemistry dynamic hierarchical operationsDuring the study, first a lot of Chinese and foreign literature about assignment reform were read by the method of literature. Then, the contribution of exploration about assignment reform that the predecessors have done was summarized. On the basis of summing up the literatures, the inquiry called "investigation of status about chemistry assignment in senior middle school" to students and outline of interviews to teachers were designed. According to the statistical analysis based on questionnaire, the problems of high school students’ chemistry homework were summarized. The latest development area theory, theory of Multiple Intelligences, Master-Study Theory and humanist learning theory were used for theoretical basis, and guided by the result, new tillage technology model were raised--dynamic hierarchical homework.The paper mainly researched in the dynamic hierarchical mode on the theoretical and practical aspects. On one hand, the dynamic hierarchical design principles were derived from the defining of the dynamic hierarchical operations and the requirements of new course. For example, the principle of hierarchy, autonomy principle, and the principle of proportionality and incentive policies. According to the design principles, the mode of dynamic hierarchical operation was designed combined with practical research. And the "enrichment of elements in seawater-chlorine" was taken for example for design and analysis. In order to make the dynamic hierarchical task operable, the specific and feasible implementation plan for the implementation of job were provided in the fifth chapter. On the basis of the courses’ standards and the teaching content’ characteristics, firstly, the homework in different levels were designed. Then stratified the students recessively after the study of the students’ learning level and the wishes of students themselves. Last, the students themselves chose the homework in different levels, and ultimately the operation of the dynamic hierarchical implementation was improved through the description of the evaluation methods of the dynamic hierarchical operations.Finally, a reflection was got by the study of the deficiencies and limitations during the research. The effectiveness of dynamic hierarchical operations remains to be tested. And prospects and suggestions on how to run dynamic hierarchical mode of operation were provided.
