A Study Of The Educational Functions Of Chinese College Associations

The way of education in Colleges and universities is changing with the development of society.Student associations are attracting students in a brand new way.The students attach much importance to the flexibility,openness,inclusiveness and creativity of student associations,which are different from classroom teaching.As a supplementary education in classroom education,college associations will enable students to get more perfect and professional education.It can be seen that the educational function of University associations is developing day by day.In the era of education,college students become the talents in the new era of all-round development of virtue,intelligence and physical culture.Student societies have become indispensable educational platforms.Therefore,to explore the educational function of college community culture to college students has become an inevitable requirement for the training of talents in colleges and universities.With the development of higher education,college associations not only satisfy the entertainments of college students to enrich their extracurricular life,but also attach more importance to the subtle influence of mass culture on college students.The influence of truly influential associations on college students involves many aspects.However,the development of most the association in China is not perfect enough.There are still many problems in the construction of associations,the management of associations,the way of activities,and the funds of associations.These problems seriously hindered the effective development of educational function of University associations.his paper consists of seven chapters,focusing on the educational functions of the society.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter defines the basic concepts,and systematically expounds the theoretical basis of this paper.In the third chapter,this paper makes a brief normative analysis of the characteristics,activities and operation rules of University mass organizations,and reveals the essence of University associations.In the fourth chapter,the motivation of college students to join the community is explained,and the positive and correct reasons are explained,and the reasons for the negative errors are criticized and denied.In the fifth chapter,the educational function of colleges and universities is analyzed in a normative way.It is believed that the community should play five kinds of educational functions for college students,namely,moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education and comprehensive practice education.Finally,it analyzes the existing problems in the educational function of the community construction,and puts forward practical solutions from the angle of three parties,students,teachers and schools.I hope it will help university education in the future and promote the continuous and healthy development of college student associations.
