Functional training can effectively improve the ability of athletes neuromuscular control system, strengthen the core control of the trunk, improve the body balance and control ability,is a kind of efficient training means for muscle function.Aerobics has a certain effect on the flexibility, coordination and balance of the body.Currently, the teaching in colleges and universities is dominated by traditional teaching, and the content and method of teaching and training are single. This research through to the ordinary university sports in colleges and universities aerobics special functional training intervention class female college students, discusses the functional training on the influence of female college students' level of FMS,try to apply the idea and method of functional training in colleges and universities sports, enriching the content of sports teaching in colleges and universities, and at the same time provide thinking on the teaching innovation. Two random ji shou university aerobics option of the university P.E.class girl,a total of 60 people, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, experimental group and the control group by functional screening students of FMS,there was no significant difference of the experimental group and control group calisthenics elective courses at the same time, three times a week for the experimental group,30 to 40 minutes every time a total of 12 weeks of functional training, training in two stages, respectively test before experiment, experiment after 6 weeks,12 weeks after experiment FMS data.No additional physical activity was added in the control group. The results showed that:(1)Before the experiment, the experimental group scored 0 points in squat, which accounted for 3.3%,and 1 point, which accounted for 20%;The left and right side of lunge scored 1 point, accounting for 36.7% and 40% respectively. The percentage of 1point for trunk stability movement was 76.7%,while the percentage of 1 point for left and right side of rotation stability movement was 66.7% and 46.7%.In the control group, the percentage of 0 point for squat movement was 3.3%,and the percentage of 1point for squat movement was 23.3%.Both the left and right sides of the lunge scored 1point,which was 40%.The percentage of 1 point for the trunk stability movement was73.3%,and the percentage of 1 point for the left and right side of the rotation stability movement was 60% and 43.3%,respectively.The experimental group and the control group performed better in hurdle step, shoulder flexibility and active straight knee and leg lifting.(2)After 6 weeks of the experiment, compared with that before the experiment,all7 test indexes of functional movement screening in the experimental group were improved to some extent, and the scores of squat and trunk stability push-up showedsignificant difference(P<0.05).The experimental group showed significant improvement in the completion degree of trunk stability push-up(P<0.05),while the control group showed no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of the experiment, compared with before the experiment,7 test indicators of functional movement screening in the experimental group were significantly improved; The test scores of squat, lunge, trunk stability pushup and trunk rotation stability were significantly improved(P<0.01)..In terms of movement completion, the experimental group and the control group showed significant improvement in squat and trunk stability pushup(P<0.05),and significant difference in lunge and trunk rotation stability(P<0.01),but no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).(4)After 12 weeks of the experiment, functional training intervention had a certain contribution rate to the seven test indicators of FMS in the experimental group: the contribution rate of squat, lunge, trunk stability push-up and trunk rotation stability movements was relatively large, reaching 30%,while the contribution rate of shoulder joint flexibility, hurdle step and active straight knee lifting was relatively low.Conclusion:(1)Before the intervention, the FMS test results of female college students in the special class of college sports aerobics were relatively poor as a whole, showing obvious problems such as weak core strength, poor control force, poor joint flexibility, and low quality of movement completion in screening.(2)After 12 weeks of functional training, the FMS test results of female college students in the college sports aerobics special class were significantly improved, which was mainly reflected in the significant improvement in the completion ability of squat, lunge, torso stable brace and rotation stable movement.(3)Functional training can effectively improve the FMS test level of female students in college sports aerobics optional class.Advice:(1)FMS testing and targeted intervention training are not limited to female college students. In general, public physical education courses in colleges and universities should pay attention to the exercise of strengthening the strength and stability of the body core area,so as to improve the control ability of the body, optimize the action mode and reduce the risk of sports injury.(2)When carrying out functional training for students, reasonable and efficient training contents should be developed according to the individual physical ability of students and the specific conditions of teaching objectives.Meanwhile, training load and means should be adjusted according to the changes of students' physical functions to achieve high efficiency.
