A Study On The Improvement Of The Resilience Of A Single Divorced Mother In Case Of Case Work Intervention Under The Advantage Angle

With the rapid development of society,people's ideas are constantly changing and the concept of family and marriage is changing.The divorce rate has been rising in recent years,and the issue of divorce has aroused strong concern.A series of social problems,such as the imbalance of family structure caused by divorce,the depression of single mothers,the breakdown of family relations and the proliferation of parent-child conflicts,are worth considering and studying.Among them,the number of single mothers who are divorced remains high,and they are affected by divorce,socially labeled and under pressure to raise children and from all walks of life.Divorced single mothers often do not know how to deal with the difficult situation,will lead to depression,the decline of self-trust,family conflicts and other problems.In order to help divorced single mothers out of adversity,improve their resilience in difficult circumstances and rebuild their life confidence,this paper focuses on the advantages and resources of individuals instead of disadvantages and shortcomings based on the superiority perspective theory.Take advantage of the way of looking at the case owner,guide it to tap its potential,pay attention to combine the case owner's own and external advantage resources,to integrate and use,in order to become the enhancement of the case owner internal protection factor.This article takes the author's own practice experience as the opportunity,from the social worker's point of view,the case work method intervenes,through 5one-to-one talks,participates in the case master's life closely,carries on the analysis and the evaluation to the case master's question,makes the corresponding service plan and the target.On the basis of building a relationship of trust with the author of the case,the interview techniques,such as empathy,suggestion,acceptance and self-awareness of the author of the case,have been gradually carried out according tothe plan,and the loss of confidence in life,tension with the son and the uncertain economic income have been resolved to some extent.This can help the case owner to rebuild the confidence in life,continuous improvement of the case owner's resilience.
