With the rapid development of the knowledge-based economy and the continuous breakthrough of the information technology industry,the public is increasingly aware of the importance of education?China's education and training industry has also achieved rapid development.More and more capital and manpower have entered the education and training industry?For the Y education and training institution,as a local organization,as the well-known brands in the country continue to join the competition and local enterprises of the same nature continue to emerge,gradually facing increasing competitive pressures.In the face of the changes of external competitive environment and the opportunities and challenges brought about by the changes,how Y Company can improve the competitiveness of its own brand and enhance the market influence and acceptance of the brand is an important part of whether the company can continue to develop.This article Y company as the research object.Based on the basic theories of brand management and education brand management,as well as relevant research literature at home and abroad,we study and summarize Through the combination of theory and application,this paper analyzes Y company's competitive environment and business environment by SWOT model,as well as the current advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats.On the basis of this,combined with the status quo of Y Group's brand management,this paper analyzes the existing optimization suggestions,and believes Y Company should take the following aspects: differentiated brand positioning,brand planning strengthening,brand communication channel improvement,core value expression and company management team Improve it,and put forward safeguard measures from aspects of organizational construction,system design,human resources optimization and examination system design.
