After years of rapid development of education in China,the education market is showing a trend of vigorous development,which will certainly promote the development of education industry to a higher level.In recent years,the revised Educational Law has continuously relaxed the restrictions on private educational and training institutions,and cancelled the expression of "no profit is the purpose" of educational institutions,provides favorable conditions for the development of private training institutions in policy.It can be predicted that the rapid development of education and training industry will contribute to China's economic growth.Therefore,the competition of education and training market is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to make training institutions stand firm in the market and have a place,it is necessary for them to make great efforts in human resources,so performance management will become the most important.The development of training institutions in our country is uneven,so there are many problems in the performance management system of various institutions,which need to optimize the performance management system.Taking the performance management of LYK Education and Training Group as an example,after fully understanding and summarizing the research directions and theoretical results of performance management at home and abroad,this paper analyses several problems existing in LYK Group,including the ambiguity and deviation of the concepts of performance management and performance appraisal,the lack of scientificity and pertinence in the determination of performance indicators,the incomplete content of performance appraisal and the lack of communication channels.Based on the problems of LYK Education Group,this paper mainly uses BSC,KPI and other assessment tools to optimize the original performance management system of LYK Education Group.To optimize the performance management process of LYK Education and Training Group,which includes performance planning,performance evaluation,performance feedback and so on.The optimization of performance management system proposed in this paper can lay a solid foundation for the further development of LYK Group,and also hope to provide some help for the development of the whole education and training industry.
