There are many defects and shortcomings in the actual operation of classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools,which seriously affects the function of classroom teaching research.Reforming and optimizing the paradigm of classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools has become an urgent problem to be solved.Starting from the paradigm elements,the deep deconstruction of classroom teaching research in primary and secondary schools is the research clue of this article.Then,the structural elements that clearly define the “research paradigm for classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools” should be the primary issue.It includes the four elements of teaching and research community,research issues,methodology,and research tools and instruments.Today,two kinds of classroom teaching paradigms are widely used in primary and secondary schools: experience-interpretation-oriented classroom teaching research paradigms and indicators-diagnosisoriented classroom teaching research paradigms.With combing literature,interviews,and classroom observation as the main research methods,the paradigm of classroom teaching research in primary and secondary schools is analyzed in depth and the outstanding problems in the following aspects are found: First,research on the community: lack of research subject beliefs,low interest;lack of ability.The second is methodological aspects: the value philosophy of classroom teaching research is misplaced;and the purposeful task orientation.Third,research tools and means: research tools are rough,subjective and scientific.The fourth problem is the management system: the system is irrational;management is not strict.In order to strengthen the function of classroom teaching research in primary and secondary schools,this article attempts to construct a new research paradigm for classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools by combining the actualities of primary and secondary schools and focusing on the shortcomings of current classroom teaching research paradigms.First of all,the induction and promotion of practical knowledge is the pursuit of the value of classroom teaching research.Secondly,we should cultivate a good academic atmosphere and create a positive teaching and research atmosphere: Accelerate teachers' changes in classroom teaching research thinking and attitudes;Establish a classroom teaching research management system;Establish a teaching research achievement reward system;Promote primary and secondary school teachers and professional theorists Combine.Third,strengthen technical training on classroom teaching and research: train technical backbones;attach importance to the quality of research tools and methods.Finally,formulate an effective evaluation system for classroom teaching research activities,strengthen testing and evaluation: clarify the evaluation criteria for classroom teaching research activities;define the evaluation standards for effectiveness of teaching research;and establish an evaluation team for effective classroom teaching research activities.
