Information teaching ability is the important professional ability and the basic professional quality of modern teachers.The Ministry of education requires all localities to formulate a scientific evaluation system according to the actual situation to evaluate the information teaching ability of local in-service teachers,so as to promote learning and use by evaluation,and gradually improve the overall information teaching ability of teachers in the region.Qiannan area is an underdeveloped area.The overall information teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers is low.There are few training and research activities on information teaching.The education administrative department has limited means to improve the information teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers.It is a powerful guarantee for the sustainable development of Regional Teachers' information teaching ability to adopt an efficient evaluation system of teachers' information teaching ability,establish a normal assessment mechanism,achieve the goal of "promoting management by evaluation",and promote primary and secondary school principals,county and municipal education bureaus to attach importance to the development of local teachers' information teaching ability.The key to the construction of teachers' information teaching ability evaluation system is to build an evaluation index system and evaluation model suitable for the local reality.The research of relevant evaluation models in China has strong subjectivity in the index selection,and focuses on the technical level,which does not truly reflect the ability of teachers to solve practical teaching problems by means of information technology.Based on the observation of primary and secondary school teachers' actual activities,this paper evaluates the teachers' information teaching ability based on their daily teaching practice,teaching research activities and learning activities.Based on the two standards of the Ministry of Education in different periods,combined with the development of educational information,through literature research and questionnaire interviews with teachers and administrators in Trait region,the evaluation index system for the development of information teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers in Trait region was constructed.Referring to the management mode of credit bank,this paper puts forward an evaluation model for the development of teachers' information teaching ability within the region by means of mathematical modeling.The model can be used as a basic management model for the development of evaluation system,which can evaluate the development of teachers' phased information-based teaching ability intuitively and quantitatively,so as to promote teachers' active participation in learning and discussion activities related to information-based teaching,promote teachers' active use of information-based teaching,reform and innovate teaching methods and teaching modes,improve teaching efficiency and promote educational administration The Department attaches importance to the improvement of teachers' information-based teaching ability,implements the spirit of relevant documents of the Ministry of education,and promotes the improvement of regional primary and secondary school teachers' information-based teaching ability.
