The Problem And Solution Of The Implement Of The Intra-school Trusteeship At Primary School

With the development of society and economy,people's work and lifestyle have changed greatly.Adults' working hours are getting longer and longer,but primary school students' school days are getting shorter and shorter.It forms a period of vacuum time that parents' before their work and students' afterschool.This phenomenon has contributed to the current " at three-thirty/four-thirty dilemma " for students after school.In this case,the trusteeship outside the school has rapidly developed,but most of the outside school trusteeships don't have business licenses,and there are certain security risks.Hosted services are even patchy and drawback.Therefore,the development of intra-school trusteeships has become an inevitable trend.This study selected primary schools in the Honggutan-New-District of Nanchang City as the research object.Researchers conducted a questionnaire survey of 700 students and parents of five elementary schools,and used SPSS statistical tools to analyze the data obtained by the questionnaires to find out the relationship between variables.Based on the quantitative research,the researcher conducted semi-structured interviews with 25 teachers and school administrators.Based on the analysis of the results of quantitative research and interviews,and the findings of the current situation and existing problems in the implementation of “on-campus custody” at the primary school in Honggutan-New-District of Nanchang City,there are three difficulties in implementing “intra-school trusteeship” at primary schools.First,the policy ambiguity;Second,the lack of funds;Third,the shortage of teachers.Based on these issues,the following recommendations are proposed for the development of "on-campus trusteeship" in primary schools in China: First,government introduces relevant policies and regulations to make it legal;Second,schools should formulate specific management measures according to local conditions;Third,the treatment of teachers should be improved and extra-curricular forces should be introduce;Fourth,community services should be improved and effectively school-based trusteeships should be supplemented.
