In the process of online teaching mode based on teaching service support platform,teachers can't evaluate and intervene in the learning state of the learners in real time.Therefore,the learners' autonomous are highly demanded.How to reduce the risk of learning inefficiency due to the learner's lack of self-control ability,even the risk of unqualified course assessment,without the immediate supervision of teachers,has become the focus of education.Through the study of the existing online teaching service mode,it is found that most of the online teaching service modes are linear and one-way.The general process is as follows:data source(teaching service support platform)? data driven(data analysis)? the teacher.The linear teaching service model can only complete the summative evaluation of learners' learning effect,and can't achieve the purpose of adjusting the status in real time for teachers and learners.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a data-driven feedback teaching service model.The characteristics of the model are as follows:1)The service mode is closed and loop iterative;2)Platform users as data producers are also data beneficiaries,and the process of data generation is cyclical and dynamic;3)The platform will assess the learning status of learners in combination with risk thresholds,and then conduct self-warning feedback.The work of this paper includes mainly four aspects as followed:First,it expounds the significance of the research of feedback teaching service model based on online teaching mode of teaching service support platform.Secondly,a feedback teaching service model is proposed,which is constructed from data source,processing and analysis,presentation of results and feedback.Third,the key technologies of feedback teaching service are studied,such as the length of the course resource,the time distribution of the course assignment,the active degree of the forum,and the password of the platform login.Because of the reasons that the learning service data stored by the teaching service support platform is multi-dimensional,and the data attributes of different types of data storage are different,the assessment standards are different,and the research methods are different.Finally,taking starC as an example,it expounds the specific application of data-driven feedback teaching service model in teaching support platform.Comparing and analyzing the effects of the model before and after the application,we found that the model can effectively improve the utilization of curriculum resources,reduce the risk of the failure of the work submission,and increase the activity of the curriculum forum,etc.To a certain extent,it can achieve the goal of optimizing the teaching of teachers and the learning of the learners.
