Investigation And Countermeasure Of Condition Of PE Teachers In Primary School Of Luohu District In Shenzhen

It was clearly stated in the report delivered by Xi Jinping at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that education is the decisive cause of our pursuit of national rejuvenation and that developing education that people are satisfied with must be placed on the development agenda as a strategic priority.It was highlighted in the report that strengthening education is fundamental and that construction of teaching staff must be put in the prominent position.To develop education that people are satisfied with,primary school education is the basis.PE teachers working in primary schools are abecedarians of the students in physical education.Therefore,construction of PE teachers in primary schools is the key to strengthen education and sports.This research conducts a survey using PE teachers in primary schools of Luohu District in Shenzhen as research objects with research methods of literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,logic analysis and mathematical analysis.The research focuses on the current situation of the PE teachers in four aspects,which are the basic situation,implementation of new curriculum standards,scientific research and continuing education.Proposals such as the renewal of conception,structure optimization and special support are submitted according to the existing problems.The results of the research are as follows.1.The number of PE teachers in primary schools of Luohu district surpasses the national standard.The teaching staff has the characteristics of younger,higher education and lower professional title.Special configuration of sports is unreasonable.2.Teaching time of a PE teacher is about ten to sixteen periods in a week.The workload is heavy.The monthly income is good and the job satisfaction is high.3.Teaching and research activities are extensively operated,but few essays have been published.4.Continuing education has been well accomplished with various forms and sufficient content and gets high satisfaction.According to the results above,some countermeasures should be noticed.1.Adhere to strengthening education.The importance of strengthening the competence of teachers should be deeply acknowledged.Strengthen the ideological guidance and the professional ethics of the PE teachers,and enhance their political literacy.2.Carry forward the supply-side reform of the structure of the faculty and fill the holes of the quantity to make special configuration reasonable.3.Implement the steady growth of sports fund and improve the status and treatment of the PE teachers.Strengthen academic research and give more support to the evaluation and engagement of professional titles.4.Improve the level and quantity of continuing education and make the curriculum more practical.
