The Centennial plan is based on education,the education plan is based on teachers.Therefore,by investigating the current situation of the construction of primary school teachers in Mudanjiang area,this paper finds out the problems in the construction of primary school teachers,analyzes the reasons,and finally puts forward constructive measures.Taking many urban and rural primary schools in Mudanjiang area as the research object,based on humanistic management theory,two factor incentive theory and teachers' professional development theory,this paper investigates and analyzes 271 primary school teachers and 9 school leaders from three aspects: welfare treatment,teaching management and the construction of teachers' morality and style of work.Through investigation and analysis,the following problems are found: in terms of welfare benefits,teachers' satisfaction is low;The effect of incentive measures is not significant;The teacher rotation system is not implemented in place;The educational level of some teachers is low;There are differences in the implementation of teachers' ethics and style system;Teachers have great professional pressure.The reasons for the above problems mainly include: the low level of regional economic development,the imperfect construction system of relevant teachers,the unbalanced opportunities for teachers' professional development,and the uncertain factors of the epidemic situation.In order to better solve these problems,the author puts forward constructive measures: improve the school management system and policies,and enhance the enthusiasm of teachers;Pay attention to teachers' professional development;Strengthen the construction of principals and improve their management ability;Strengthen the construction of teachers' morality and style,and strengthen the ideological construction of teachers.The thesis consists of five parts: the first chapter is introduction;The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the construction of primary school teachers;The third chapter is the investigation of the current situation of the construction of primary school teachers in Mudanjiang area;The fourth chapter is the problems and reasons of the construction of primary school teachers in Mudanjiang area;The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of primary school teachers in Mudanjiang area.
