In the "Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education Stage"(abbreviated to the curriculum standard),the contents of mathematical models and mathematical modeling are introduced in the "mathematical thinking," and "integration and practice." and so on.The use of mathematical models and the construction of the student's autonomous inquiry model will promote the effect of learning in learning achievement.By improving the students' inherent thinking mode of solving problems,it can enable students that using mathematical models flexibly to solve similar mathematical problem situation,enhancing efficiency in class effectiveness,and developing mathematical capabilities.In the training program of the core literacy of mathematics subjects,"problem solving" is placed in a crucial position.How to develop students' ability to solve math problems has been discussed and practiced by mathematics research experts and scholars.The curriculum reform aim to change the student's cogitation and improve the students' awareness and cultivate students' good mathematics learning habits.The concept advocated at this stage is that in the process of teaching mathematics,we should pay attention to instructing mathematics knowledge,but the most important point is that we must cultivate students' mathematical thinking and foster solve-capacity.With the accelerating pace of curriculum reform,the teachers have gradually introduced the reforming requirements and concepts into practical classroom,focusing on cultivating students' mathematical ability for higher-order thinking.This study starts with the mathematical modeling process and adopts problem-based-learning approach to explore the influence of these two elements on students' ability to solve math problems.Through observing and analyzing the entire teaching process,we found that the mathematical modeling awareness has high efficiency and correctness for solving a certain type of mathematics problems.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate students' thinking of constructing mathematical models according to different kinds of mathematics problems,and to provide the following rules for solving mathematical problems efficiently.This study relies on the project of "Innovation Teaching Based on APT Teaching Model to Promote Students' Deep Learning".After defining the research object,research method,research process and teaching content,it carried out teaching research.The subjects studied were students in the third-year low-segment school.Their level of problem solving was based on the correct results,and there were fewer aspects of mathematical thinking and mathematical awareness apply to students.Therefore,this study adopts the PBL teaching method and mathematical modeling teaching strategies to help students improve their problem-solving abilities,and it can lead students to attach importance to the combination of the problems and practical life experience.The research questions of this study are:1.Investigate the current status of problem-solving knowledge application of third-year students2.Examine whether the PBL teaching method has an impact on students' thinking development3.Whether the application of mathematical modeling can improve student problem solving ability in the smart classroom environment...
